2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I use Hershey’s Special Dark) amzn.to/3I7WXPo
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 stick unsalted butter (softened at room temperature)
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Cream Cheese Filling
6 ounces cream cheese
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
4 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
