    My whole life I've tried to do deep knee bend type Burpee's... yuk!
    Hey how old was Taylor during this filming? He is no 20 year old kid.

      He's in really good shape. Functional strength and mobility. He certainly has been training for years, maybe all his life.

    They warm up for 7 minutes, 54 seconds. FF to that and you get into the substance.

    Why is blocking still practiced? It's totally useless. Nobody attacks you with one punch and retracts. They are going like windmills, they will be hurling punches at you one after the other. You evade and counter attack. When someone tries to hit your nose with his fist, make sure your nose isn't there.
