I plan to enroll at your krav maga program. Is it ok if my trainin partner is not a subscriber of the program? Your response would be highly appreciated.

Yes, your partner does not have to be an enrolled student. Hope to have you on board soon!

It’s never a good idea to slap on a break fall when on cement where a “street fight” is gonna take place. Works wonderfully on a mat but not on cement. Don’t believe it? Give it a try. But don’t say you haven’t been warned :-)
I had an opportunity while training in Israel to work with some top-flight guys and I will never forget this quote one of the Instructors said
“”the mat is a BAD friend. “
Why? Because it allows you to do many things that if you were to apply it on the street fail miserably. Yes training on matt will keep us safe but your techniques need to mimic what’s going to happen on the street if you are a Krav Maga practitioner.
break falls with the slap are useful for sport. I’m a black belt in Judo and a purple in Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu.
Again… All it takes is someone to walk outside and roll back hard and slap that cement and that’s a lesson you will not forget.
Best of luck and safe training my friends.

I'd rather hurt a bit my hands than have a concussion or worse
