I wake up at three in the morning every morning except Saturday, I do school, and I practice piano, (I’m a teenager). I hope to be a filmmaker/author/director or producer. I work out whenever I can spare time, or am not lazy, I also do some finance study like day trading.
I aim to get to work 30-60 minutes after waking. After brushing my teeth, my morning routine during that time starts with about 32oz of water which includes a drink concoction made up of a greens powder/ vitamin supplement, EAAs, and Creatine. I then make coffee and fill my water bottles for the day to ensure I get around a gallon of water total (including morning liquids). I also try to get some gratitude journaling in and at least a little bit of exercise (usually 10-20 mins jump rope in the sun) to wake up since I lift in the afternoons. I’ve had much longer routines, this has been iterated down over a couple years and has been easiest to stay consistent on.
I’m waking up at 1:30AM and go back to sleep around 3:30AM After I’m done working on my side hustle . But my Inner B*tc* makes me stay in bed till 8am-9am. I have a to do list and on it I have wake up at 6am to Mediate or Read and then cook lunch for work around 7ish then head out to work @8 . Been attacking it for 3 weeks now , But it’s hard waking up at 6am when sometimes I go to bed at 4ish am (due to Side hustle ) . I’m in bed around 9pm . I get off work at 3pm and I stay busy off work 5-8:30 . ( Working out / Studying / Reading / watching mentors ). But how can I get my inner b**ch to f*c* off and let me get up at 6am -6:30am :)
I wake up & smoke a bowl, try to decide whether or not i should take a shower this week. I try to forget about the fact that I exist & start up my computer. The rest of the day goes by pretty fast, I don't usually sleep until I've been awake for longer than 18 hours & can't keep my eyes open anymore. I lay down & realize I Forgot to brush my teeth this morning, ahh well. Then I'll go on to think about how everything is pointless and living your best life doesn't actually matter. I'll realize I am thankful for the love from my family and ill cry for the suffering people cause to each other, the animals, the planet. Just because I want to be rich, happy & successful. I then realize I was only dreaming. Ill then wake up and go to my office job where I work on floor 48.
Up at 450am.. thank God first. Next 15 ab workout while listening to affirmations . Next coffee while going threw my GSD list . I write 3 to six the nite before starting with the most important. Before 9 am I’ve already won most of the Day . Let’s go Bedros

My new routine is watching your show everyday. I get a lot of gems. I have started waking up earlier, not hitting the snooze button and read a few pages a day along with my beauty regimine. My ritual is making offerings on my altars every morning. It's pouring into my spiritual side everyday.

Thoughts Are all people who you follow on social media worth following? 1) Morning Routine - Disable the snooze button on your phone. - Drink 30 ounce of water. - Send grattitude messages. - Jump right to the shower. - Get your GSD list (always planned the night before). The list is about 3 to 5 things that are most important to do. The morning routine is designed to win the day. 2) Rituals Ritual is something that have a greater personal meaning to you. Rituals are much like ancors to good habits or to a good state of mind. Exemples: get a ice coffe in Starbucks, a motherfucker play list to workout. You can change your mental state in seconds. Im 24 Ive been waking up 4:00am for about 6 months now and its life changing. 4:00am wake up 4:15-4:45am pray & write goals 5:00-6:00am workout 7-8am get to work.
I take with me 2 notecards every day. One for the weekly goals/task to accomplish . One for the day goals/task to accomplish . Then every night and every week I cross out the things I did to measure how I did that week Was able to grow a million dollar buisness on the side doing this for 5 years . Not even my primary thing

Amen! I’m so pumped to commit to making my mornings next level! I do hit the snooze, and here’s why - while laying there no longer in deep sleep I start my mind work! I start by being intentional about my thought life! Thinking about how I want my day to go energetically. If any negativity comes during that time I immediately squash it. I get up, I make my bed. I change to hit the gym, (I need more structure here), make my Teeccino, and hit the treadmill. Here I listen to Abraham Hicks and Dana Wilde (positive mindset for entrepreneurs podcast)! 5AM - cold water on my face, water with lemon, 20 min meditation/read spiritual text, 5-10 min Yoga, 30 min workout, shave and cold shower, drink coffee while my boys eat breakfast and out to the office.
I get up at 2am ( 2 hours before I have to be at work) shower, get dressed, make my coffee, cook 3 eggs for breakfast make my protein shake, drink it, pack my lunch for work, check emails, listen to your youtube shorts while i'm doing push up's and sit up's finish my coffee then out the door to work I go!
