When you said the best thing about an addict is that you can get addicted to something positive, that hit me hard. Love your content bro, been helping me grow and reshape myself for more than a year.

Never leave a good woman. Even if she's old, fat, or boring. Stay off the booze and cigarettes. Stay away from porn and hookers. Do all this and you'll be good.

Sure but fat is why they get boring, and very slow in the mind. Fat is so easy to stop doing to yourself. A. Never think pills or medicine, think food. B. Never eat anything that comes in a box with cartoon colors.

    Awesome content as always B
Started listening to you 3 months ago
    Since then I:
    Gave up sugar
    Work out every single day
    Don't drink
    Go to therapy
Treat my Mrs and kid better
Follow clear actionable steps to turn my side-hustle (copywriting) full time
    Can't thank you enough 🙌🏻

Love this. I will say though, that in life, some of our problems cannot be "attacked" but instead we must run from them. For example - lust. We cannot attack it and learn to remove it altogether - in my opinion, it will always be there and thus we must run from it by distracting ourselves from temptation and doing other things like exercise or reading, etc.

Hey Bedros, I am Armenian from Syria, my mom is from USSR as well with very similar challengers we came to Canada, I love the way you are very factual about everything in life and tackle down all the things that people avoid talking about.
The things you say can really be a good morning motivational video, do you allow to add some cinematic music and compile the good points to 5 minutes? will give credit of course :) Thank you for your contribution and being a good role model to our Armenian men!

Pick a crap woman who is just an anchor in your life instead of supportive. That’s where I messed up. Finally recovering from the narcissism since I left her. Now I’m back at the gym and attempting my own pod cast

Hey Bedros, I'm 66 years old and want to do your Marathon challenge but worried that I might stuff up my body as in joints, hips and back and become a liability to my family.
What do you think, should I risk it or is there something else I should try to help me grow?
    Thanks.

Those opportunities exist today, they existed last year, and so on “homie.” Trump hasn’t created any opportunity other than allowing those who kiss his ass to rant and rave. He hasn’t even taken office. Love the podcast but I gots to call you on your shit when you stray. My
    Life won’t change one bit

Video games are not a vice unless you’re just letting it consume you. It’s just entertainment. Humans need entertainment. This boomer take has to end lol. I play games, but I make 6 figures and live an awesome outdoors life too. We gotta stop telling men they have to be productive all the time. Human beings need rest and entertainment.

    • @TES-541
      @TES-541 2 дні тому

Right but we know for many people they have a tough time resisting letting video games take over their lives in some respect. Most vices are not awful for you if you do them a little, like sports betting. People that watch these videos tend to be deeply unhappy in at least one area of their lives. So if you have a life where you can say you're doing well in all areas, like a 7/10 or higher in physical health, mental health, relationships, finances, meaning and purpose, etc. and you play video games regularly, this video isn't really for you. It's not about necessarily being productive all the time, it's do you live a life where you can honestly say you feel fulfilled, happy and productive enough where you feel like you're actually contributing.
