"this isn't 1992, this isn't 1985, this isn't 1970, this isn't early 2000's" i was wondering how long Edelman was gonna spend telling us what year it isn't
@@tjayd1225 i wasn't complaining, i just thought it was kinda funny relax bro.... but yeah thanks for complaining to me about my comment lol "yall complain about literally anything" yeah tell me about it🙄
@mattcarberry368 hahaha the irony of that guys comment is unbelievably funny complaining about a comment that was a joke, saying, people complain about everything lol zero self-awareness 😂
@@chrishaswell4405 yeah exactly lol i found it pretty ironic too i was just starting to wonder how far back he was gonna go, "it's not 1967, it's not 1955, it's not 1941" lol i was mildly amused by it, but then this jabroni dives in to complain about it while complaining that people complain about too much stuff 🙄 this is why i hate people
Why is it when Mahomes flops ONCE it’s talked about for a week straight and yet Josh Allen has an entire highlight reel of flops? You breathe on that dude and he tries to break his own fibula. The double standard is fuccing wild.
dude me neither but i'm in the same boat, all this constant nonsense whining almost makes me root for them.... they ignore that Josh Allen draws roughing calls at by far the highest rate in the league (.936%) while Mahomes gets calls at a very average .636%.... ignore that the Chiefs aren't even Top 10 in added win probability from penalty calls and yet nobody ever whines that the Vikings (who easily lead that category) get "special treatment".... the way everything has devolved into pure little hater twitter conspiracy takes is just sad also if it's such a conspiracy and everything is rigged for them to win, then just bet them to win every week and get rich instead of sitting around whining lol these kids are clueless
@ oh is that so? Can you find any videos from sports shows of them spending ENTIRE SEGMENTS talking about Josh’s flops? Cuz I sure can’t. Josh had one of the most embarrassing flops in his highlight reel from the broncos game. I’d bet you money not a single person in the media talked about it. Let alone talking about changing fuccing rules because of it.
No way he said there’s alot of WR talent in this class. Theres maybe 3 guys with first round talent and most of the top tackles are probably gonna play guard due to arm length
I don't think Julian had any problem going to war with a rookie WR named Malcolm Mitchell. He was going to be GREAT but then came the knee. He was a great pick though, and he got along with Brady and that offensive system very well. He had it "up here" as well as physically. Very young, but totally solid and reliable, and even Julian would admit that.
Bill set the tone for the Patriot Way but it never would have worked without his "agents" like Vrabel, Bruschi and McGinest. The HC absolutely must get a few alphas in the locker room to buy in. Later Tom became the Alfa Agent, along with Matt Light and a few others, so as guys left they had to be replaced. All those guys were experienced, though, before they took on their roles as Bill's agents.
He was on one of the most interesting and successful teams of all time. It’s probably hard to not talk about the good ol days. It’s very similar to the Jordan bulls. I think the audience wants to hear about what it was like with Brady and those guys back in the day.
I really like Julian but I hope as he hones his skills as an analyst that he starts to rely less on relating every question he gets to his time with the Pats and leans more into his knowledge as a former player. I love the odd Pats anecdote/story but sometimes it gets a bit tiresome.
You must have not watched him play. Dude was crazy selfless and took unreal hits over the middle to get the job done. And this is coming from a 30 year Jets fan.
Football is so rigged! Also I watch every week, I watch analysis, pre game, post game, I gamble on it sometimes and I play fantasy in 3 different leagues. I go to games and I buy hats and jerseys. It’s hands down my favorite sport. But it’s fixed though. Definitely fixed.

@@therealJET00lmao it was his nickname that Randy moss gave him
That’s crazy
Edelnut is a top tier guest. Love his segments
I love these Edelman stories. Dude's a legend. He played with a legend and became one himself.
Totally. Gives a great perspective...
I like Edelman's point about better teams having lots of "middle class" players to go with the stars.

Colin always throws shade for no reason lool
He’s a loser
Wow.. Jules getting real about Scouting the REFS!? Dope.
Edelman should have his own show.

What are you talking about? People always complain when Allen flops and Mahomes flops way more than just this one time.

Asking Julian what team would win a fight when he played Hernandez should’ve been a pretty easy answer 😂
Super Bowl LIX : Bills x Eagles… 24-23 Bills (Making Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas, and Bruce Smith PROUD) 😉

10:04 😂 this isn’t your podcast bro
Edelman talked more about the his Patriot playing days than the topics
To be fair Colin asked him a lot about his patriot days. He does it with Brady too, that’s what a lot of people like to hear.
You can tell he misses it lol

no one is really talking about JD and his virtural reality training. i think its an unfair advantage.
😂 I think you need to look up the definition of ‘unfair’
Didnt Julian say the Eagles werent gonna have success in the playoffs?

the afc championship is not the Super Bowl; such a disrespectful thing to say when Philly literally is 12-0 in hurts last 12 full starts
Vrabes lol
Edelman clueless as usual 🤦♂️
October
edlenut is cursed
Edelman sounds like a person who benefited from referee calls often, just saying!
You must have not watched him play. Dude was crazy selfless and took unreal hits over the middle to get the job done. And this is coming from a 30 year Jets fan.
Is the "uncle colin" thing at the end weird to anyone else??
I swear he didnt do it until Shannon Sharpe popularized it in the media.
@proffesionaloctopus it's weird
Colin with his narratives lol
it just makes it fun!
people take this stuff way too seriously
it's just talking about sports pal, it's okay
What narrative?
Im with Edelman 😂 all the bitching and crying about goat mahomes is getting out of control
Bills stink! Chiefs by 20
Lol nice take 🙄

Washington still lost 5 games as compared to 3 with Philly.
Ok?
They beat philly lol
@ Philly beat them during garbage time! And garbage time was the last two games of the season Washington and NY!
