He won't need them. If he's sentenced to serve, he will more than likely to serve in one of those "Club Fed" (like Otisville where his lawyer Michael Cohen served his time) which is a minimum security prison with all the amenities and free time from dawn to dusk. They are freed to roam the ground with their visitors and report back at night at bedtime. ALL prisoners are with white collar crimes, and most likely harmless in the matter of physical violence. And... he would most likely get a day to a week at most, since no one ever gone to jail in the state of New York for crimes like his, and his sentence to jail is just a way the judge show how serious his crime is... NOT a real punishment.
