The second thing is that, according to all studies (available on the Internet) on the amount of protein loss per day, it turns out that a person loses about 0.33 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. What with a weight of 80 kg loses about 27 grams of protein per day - protein recycling in humans is not 100%, only about 75-80%. So eating 30 grams of protein a day will only provide the building blocks for the things you need, but what about building muscle? This recommendation of 1g of protein per kg of body weight is a correct recommendation taking into account what is needed.
Losing protein from where? What protein? Is that dietary protein, or otherwise? What is causing that protein loss? Who does that flat .33% number apply to? To what degree does diet, age, body composition, sex, pre-existing health conditions, and lifestyle influence that number? These are all the questions you have to answer for your response to valid.
Thanks for tuning in! Imported fruits are a great way to get good quality fruits that aren't grown in your area. Having a high carb, water rich diet works really well for improving insulin sensitivity and lowering oxidative stress. That makes it easier to lose weight.
Been loving your content bro as a high raw fruitarian myself eating one cooked meal in the evening building muscle. Why would you ever need to consume pea protein though, when eating 1g of protein per Kg of bodyweight is more than enough. You should get that easily by eating sufficient calories alone.
I eat around 60-70g of fat a day because of nuts and avocados. Should I not eat this much fat per day even though it is good fat? I'am vegan also with a low to moderate carb intake. I eat mostly greens, nuts, and vegetables. Also, 300g of fruit a day.
In an ideal world you would get almost all of your calories just from fruits. I myself eat 50-60% of my calories from fruit and I do one cooked meal a day that’s pretty high fat. I eat around 3000 cals a day and average 90g+ of fat a day. I need to eat more fat to get the sufficient calories to bulk, I get it from the best sources though. Hemp seeds, raw virgin olive oil, avocados, tahini. You should def bump up your carb intake and eat more fruits but you’re fine on the fat for sure as long as it’s healthy fats
Peace and blessings. It just seems like a lot to put into the body. But I guess my question is are you actually juicing this are you blending this or are you eating it hole as it is grown?

Hello Judy from Waukegan IL
I’ve been doing the 1 set high intensity exercise as well it’s incredible
You speak my language! Thank you brother
Mathematically, it may be true, but protein is not only muscles, but also enzymes, skin, and internal organs.

Also, forgive me, I’m new to the channel, great information, of course. Are you showing people how to make vegan meals on here as well?
Yes I talk pretty in depth about meal prep and what to eat.
Solid. I’ll take a gander.
Remson, it’s Dwaine. Great video!
Hey brother! Thanks for tuning in 🙌🏽
🙏👍
I came right on time to this info! What do you think about eating imported fruits? For example living in Europe and eating tropical fruits.
I was almost buying a pea protein with high amount of protein
And to loose fat? Just keep with the fruits and healthy carbs and I will still loose weight?

I like it in certain recipes that I make. It's not necessary, but I enjoy it.

What are some effective ways to strengthen the glutes?

I eat my fruits whole personally.
