One of the first, a true and unfindable grail!
This is the number 4 of the 1987 production of John.
He declared: "Indeed it is an older one pre decal. I usually signed in the neck pocket and dated but the is no real need, I vaguely remember that. There were no real "models", that was the standard Body Shape. Being pre decal there were not a lot with that style logo so that might add some collectors value."
The guitar is in perfect condition and I have never seen one in such good condition yet, all original and with the original gold tremolo harm!
It has a beautiful apple candy metallic red with an unusual black/red/black pickguard.
