The government better get on top of this before it gets real ugly. These taxi people are violating the law and people's rights.

When did the Taxi patrollers become law makers? If one drives a car in South Africa you have paid your licence fee which gives you the right to use the roads. These extortionist are the same as the Construction Mafia and it must be nipped in the bud. Start by arresting those who harassed the motorist, make them give his money back and put them in jail, he reported it to the police and they admitted that they know them, but they did not arrest them?. Who are they to issue fines? If I and 3 friends decide to go out for a coffee and we choose to use one car, whose business is this? Corrupt South Africa, it's everywhere.

Debora Patta warned people on 3rd Degree in 2012, but no measures were taken to correct SANTACO's actions.

Taxi patrollers charge ppl R500 or a shambok for urinating in public at PTA BloedMall rank. I've seen them hitting an elderly man, so sad.
