I really liked how the anime is giving special treatment for Yihwa. Because as manhwa/webtoon readers, we understand more things about her power. It's not her fault her flames are super OP, she was born with that talent. The problem is she's overthinking too much about controlling her flames and hang out with weak people. These weak people naturally will get hurt because they have low defense or low shinsu resistance. She cannot bring out her full potential. [Shinsu Resistance] is one of many power system concept in TOG that wasn't explained properly in the anime. It's an invisible shield / body armor against shinsu attack. Example of Shinsu Resistance = Ran and Novick never spill out blood despite getting hit by Baam's shinsu barrage. Because currently, Baam's offensive shinsu power are not much better than Novick and Ran. Using shinsu attack doesn't always guarantee you can hurt your enemies and make them bleed. Sometimes this can be visualized like you're getting hit by water pistol (kids toys) or pressurized water jet (that can cut metal and rocks).
7:32 Reflejo pronounced Refleho. It’s the Spanish word for reflection. 18:07 so this mysterious individual was actually shown at the end of a previous episode where he came off a ship and was interacting with Emily saying he’s coming for her.

NO SPOILERS 9:00 the medical technology in Tower of God is very advanced, especially if you're a rich trust fund baby like Khun lol. Dan was however severely injured - he's recovered enough to walk around it seems, but in this state he'll never be nearly as fast as he once was - his prided speed is gone thanks to Rachel. For us that's the equivalent of Usain Bolt only ever able to speedwalk if he really pushes himself. 17:13 Unfortunately, there was one extra sentence they cut from the Webtoon that I really liked that elevated this scene. When Novick asks "You mean something like this?" as he tries to intimidate Reflejo, and he senses what was shown in the anime, Reflejo actually responds with "Yes... Something like that." I just thought it made him seem far more sinister, and it's a shame it had to be cut. The scene serves its purpose though - looking forward to your thoughts on the first episode of the next cour next Sunday!! By the way if you ever decide to give this season a rewatch (not necessarily streamed, just on your own time I mean) I would highly suggest trying the English Dub. I usually prefer subs, but imo they did a much better job overall on the dub and the dialogue more accurately reflects the original intent of the Webtoon. Every Sunday I have been watching both the latest sub episode as well as the dub which is 2 behind.

They are on 30th floor and will heal and recover much better than when they first entered the Tower. Later on even getting limbs severed and getting hole in your chest does not prove that much of a problem. Especially high-rankers are total beasts in this aspect and killing them is a real pain. In webtoon they specified that he will be able to walk, but will never again run like before.

There will be a lot fighting scenes in this arc. I hope they do something about the choreography animation. Hope we see an epic entrance of Anak Jahad smoothly~

The panel in the webtoon emphasized a single huge slash on the wall, and "something red" instead of the red lightning being shown. I miss how S1 showed visual hints and foreshadowing you'd realize few episodes later. Like in ep 1 when Anaak first appeared, some would notice how there's a "red symbol" on her weapon similar to the Black March while Rak was scouting in the first test.
