You can get HRT at appropriate doses via the NHS in the UK. Cost of a prepayment NHS HRT certificate is less than £20. You don’t need to continue to fund this woman’s pockets!

So important. Many of my friends here in Germany (all in demanding jobs) started struggling with insomnia and then loss of self-esteem, many developing anxiety or newly diagnosed ADHD... getting prescribed anti-depressants and sleeping pills 😢...
Your work is so desperately needed!!! Thank you so much - you are an important trailblazer and advocate for women's rights 💕♀️💪

You have done so much in helping us all understand ourselves where no others would take our symptoms seriously after 60.

Thanks to you Dr Newson I have felt able to advocate for myself with my GP, and have started HRT and am starting to feel human again. I’m so grateful for all the information you provide, and horrified and appalled at the attacks on you here in the UK. Anyone who dares to point out the failings and shortcomings in the established order will sadly find themselves under attack from vested interests and sheer envy. Stay strong in the knowledge that you have helped so many women, who hold you in high esteem.

Thank you Dr Newson, because of you I’ve started my journey with HRT and I’m already starting to feel better. Lots of love from Australia, God bless you in all that you do ❤️❤️

Being good at what you do exposes unintentionally those who aren't... hence you're a danger and they'll twist the truth, gaslighting taking a bit that is true and manipulating it not giving the overall picture, to go against you. Empowering women with knowledge and fighting for equality has always been a risk that needs suppressing. Keep going:) ignore all those critics who in reality are threatened by you/ us

Discovered you minutes ago and immediately subscribed so i don't lose you.
I am way past menopause, used HRT patch for about ten years.
My major problem is the effect of severe ADHD, diagnosed at 50, combined with mental aging 😧 and very recently a minor back injury limiting movement.
Suddenly can't move furniture around, play tennis, attend dance school. Still overwhelmed with paperwork and housework.

This really hit home for me. The turbulence of my hormone shifts from my 40s. My depression and the anxiety that i suffered. I tried so many times to tell my Dr this was happening before I got my periods and the itchy dry skin. My Dr just kept pushing antidepressants and mood stabilisers on me , which never worked. Than to be told I have a psychiatric disorder, which I dont believe. I was never listened to by my Dr. I was just always sent to a psychiatrist and throbbed off. What a hell of a ride this has been for me. I'm now post menopause but the peri menopause I am lucky I never ended my life as my depression was really bad. No Hrt was never offered to me. I knew it was before my periods. I had low moods, but I was never listened to. I learned so much now doing my own research if only I knew this before in my 40s as I wasted a lot of years being miserable and sad, and I can never get those years back again 😔

It's so wrong. We have been robbed of our happiness because of peri- menopause and all because some Drs are not educated on women health. Something needs to be done.

I've removed my mireena 3 weeks ago, as it was misplaced 😢
I was using utragestran 200mg peasary s wen I had the coil misplaced, to top up my progesterone, with my oestragel.
Since removing coil I had terrible l pms and perimenopause came crashing back😮
Now I'm getting severe cramping uterus and lower back pain abd bowel pain which I normally get with my pms😮
Is this normal after 3 was removing the coil!
And I'm just thinking is this normal utragestran I'm getting light spotting and cramping 😢❤

You can get what's referred to has 'mirena crash' when you have the coil removed it took me 5 month to get over it ,so hang in there. I've also started utragestran 200mg and had some problems it just takes time for your body to adjust ,think I'm just sensitive to the hormone progesterone

Thank you both, the stigma is there & very damaging when seeking hormone treatments, as u are deduced to "Health anxiety, mental illness, unstable."
