It's a reality that everyone that eats this much sweets, needs to think about. I can see that you can eat sweets ( at a decent amount) and then go and exercise to burn it off. Now, we don't know if that is what they do, but doing exercising isn't going to prevent you from getting the disease. It just will help to not gain so much weight.

This berry is very popular in Russia, almost every family with garden or kindda summer cottage grow currant. We make jam with it mostly, oh and drinks also. It's very rich with vitamin C so it's good for health.
