I remember this commercial would always come on late at night each night I watched "the tonight show" and "late night with conan o'brien" back in good ol summer 1999 as a kid, and it intrigued me, and made me feel creeped out. I figured the game was absolutely horrifying, and that's pretty much what i got from seeing reviews of silent hill 3 & 4 in game informer, an Internet review of this game, various artwork inspired by the series, and seeing my sister playing SH3. That's exactly what I experienced playing SH2, my first game in the series, only weeks ago. Pretty oppressive horror. But gotta remember this tv spot was my introduction to the series at age 13

La versión canon dice que si, efectivamente los miembros del culto lo llamaban “Samael” solo para confundir a los ajenos de la Orden, pero en realidad el nombre real del Dios nunca es revelado y siempre se le conoce simplemente como “Dios”.
