In this third video, we show you how we developed, and how to install, LED driving lights and fog lights on our vehicle specific mounting options. We also give you a complete overview and install tutorial of our groundbreaking DialDim Lighting Controller which allows you to independently control two sets of lights from one consolidated halo dimmer switch. Great video, really like the flashing lights with the horn on this system. The light cut off when signal is on will help other drivers see it better. The turn signals on the hand guards is a great idea, but some will say they can get damaged if you crash off road. But on road it is a much better and more visible location for turn signals. But in my opinion I would keep the original location and use your aux bracket. Also that bracket would be great for the Pan Am if used by the police to mount their emergency lights, that is a great location for them. We already have a few demo units here in Fort Worth Texas that a dealer has been loaning to departments.
This video was also great on how to wire something from the battery, I did not know this and is a big helper for adding a Garmin GPS and USB port.

Why not Integrating the turnsignal light ( led ) into the D-4's ? 🤔 ( like most new cars now ) Much cleaner look, no extra mounts... But it's a very nice system ! 👌👍

Here in Davao Philippines the dealer is trying to void my warranty because they did not install my auxiliary lighting. They said it is the reason my bike has had 3 batteries, starter control module and no starting episodes. My lights are 2 watt LED.
Hello! Terrific looking products and great tutorial video. I own a 2022 Pan Am S. Is there a way that you could give me a break down of the pieces I would need to "Tap in" to the options you mentioned for the end result you have in this video? Turn signal feature, horn flash, high beam etc. I basically want the same setup you have in the video. The D4s, DMs, D3s on the handle bars and rear. I ride a lot, 920 miles in 2 and a half weeks of ownership and mostly at night. So I want to make sure that people see me very obviously. And I want to be able to see deer ahead of time. Thank you.

The DialDim Lighting Controller is capable of using a light set to cancel (go dark) with signal, or flash with signal!

Maybe a better question for HD, but your module is down low as well. What happens when driving axl-deep through water?
Although our DialDim shouldn't be submerged for long periods of time, we feel that Pan America owners will have problems with their battery being under water long before our controller becomes an issue.
Since now the cansmart is available, can you guys please make a video on that.

Does adding this controller to headlight make it lose it dynamic lighting on special. It moves when the angle changes.
Adding this controller does not change the operation of the stock headlight.

I was looking between the cansmart and the dial dim for my PanAm. Is there a way to connect the B6 brake light with the dial dim controller, just like we have on the cansmart ?
There is not a built-in connection to the B6. You can always just tap the rear brake circuit with the posi-tap.
@@DENALIElectronics Yes that's a way but that way the customisation won't be there for thr brake light flash etc. So contemplating before pulling the trigger.
What if I don't want the dial system? Just the driving lights and the hand guard turn signals for my 1250S. I'm not that fancy, just want it to turn on and off and do the turn signals the way it does in the video with the Plug and play wiring. Thank you in advance.

How have you mounted the dial switch to the handlebars. I have the kit and the dial switch does not fit as you have it shown.

Hello, does your wiring work with the Daymaker led auxiliary lights from HD ref 68000340?
There is a chance that it could work, but we have not tested our controller with other brand lights. At a minimum you would have to wire our 3 wire pigtail to the HD lights to insure connection to the DialDim harness.
The video is great! But! after sending three emails and 1 phone call to get the price and availability of the products, no response at all on my email, what's going on? It's time to get with the program. Looking forward to a response.

Though is obvious in this video it may pay to mentions your amazing D4 light mount requires removing the side crash bars (on an adventure bike 😂) Probably something worth mentioning in your video. I hope I'm missing something, and would love to eat my words. Let me know, I waited over 9 months for my shipment.

I gotta be honest, I'm quite a few hours in, and there is nothing "easy" or just "plug and play". I have small hands and I can't get to the wires for the headlight. You need to route the right turn signal wire through a mess of wires and the frame. Some clearer video of running and zip tying the wires would have been great. I'm guessing they will be in the correct place when I put everything back and they won't bind anywhere. Also, some indication of a "dry fit and testing" point would be good. I'd hate to be done and something doesn't work.
"Plug-and-play" is commonly used to describe an install that doesn't require modification to the motorcycle or it's original equipment. This DialDim kit includes everything needed to install without tapping wires or modifying the OEM components.
We try to note in every install video that you should check clearances regularly while installing any wiring to your bike.
