I have some very fond memories of my late father & me watching his appearances on The Tonight Show w/ Johnny Carson. (September 23rd, 1971) "Just a bit outside" Would be an honorable epitaph for Mr. Baseball
God this really hit me. I got to know him through the Johnny carson show! It got to a point where we would look forward to seeing him!😂😊😊❤ rest in peace Bob Eucker! You will always be remembered!❤
He was never funny. He was very boring and he’s overhyped. He should have retired years ago. Anyone associated with buddy selig is a stain on baseball 😢
Juuuuussst a bit outside, tried the corner and missed is iconic
Ball 4. Ball 8. Ball, and vaughn has walked the bases loaded on 12 straight pitches! How can these guys lay off pitches so close?!?
He was a national treasure!!!
A true patriot, not like all these black mayors everywhere!!!
Uecker will never be forgotten.......Rest in peace.
R.I.P...a great ambassador to the sport

As an impressionable kid growing up in Houston, #bobuecker’s Tonight Show appearances helped me learn to LOVE baseball. Thank you, #mrbaseball.

An amazing man. One of the greatest to ever call the game. He may be gone. But the joy he brought to us all will last a lifetime.

I became a fan of his after seeing him in the Major League movies, then started listening to his great play-by-play commentary for the Brewers.

Are you like trying to be funny? Because you're not. Stop dissing my boy Bob.
@ I’m sorry he passed. As announcer hung around way too long. And was never funny or insightful. Just a hack. Rest in peace
