Working from home can be positive and the end of the repetitive and non-human 9-5 workday could not come sooner.
On another note, I also think that schools could be more efficient if they also didn’t abide by this same industrial model. Take Finland as an example, which does not have industrial era teaching, but has one of the most successful education systems in the world.
School should definitely remain in person though. The social experiences are very important, and the communication and learning between professor and student is best done this way.

Thank you Prince Ea for posting this. I’ve been thinking about this stuff for awhile now and it’s been such a heavy weight. The conventional thinking of before no longer works in today. We’ve focused so much on corporations and jobs, but I think it’s time we start focusing on advancement and becoming our own business owners. College is a fortune so people go in debt only to have a job where they pay that off the rest of their life (if they can even get one). Once it’s paid off, you’re retiring at an old age. Money controls everything in this world. Both parents need to work to sustain their family. Financial issues lead to divorce. Kids left in daycare systems to be raised by someone else while parents are stuck at work. When you’re off work, you want to “destress” and only a limited time at that (not to mention having to ask for permission for time off and only a limited amount of time to do so) and it’s a cycle. That will be your life for the next 50-60 years. Everyone wants to talk about benefits this and benefits that. That’s why people are stuck where they are at. Idk, it just doesn’t make sense to me anymore. Tired of wasting life for someone else. Time to go get mine. 🔥

But how can that be? I just have to work fulltime and live my purpose part-time for the meantime, while hoping to gain freedom and live better.
