Do you know anything about riverview? Is it rural and old?
It is a tad older, and not as nice looking as Wesley Chapel. But it is not as rural as other areas nearby it. If that makes sense? It's a pretty well-developed area, it was just traditionally a less expensive alternative to Tampa, and since its near /easy access to Downtown families would move over there. How about the golf in Wesley?
There is some great golfing near there, mainly at Saddlebrook I would say...And as you head west from Wesley Chapel as well.
We have an abundance of large snakes and gators but we treat people the way that you treat us. If you have bad driving skills stay away because we have enough of you now. All of our county commissioners should be fired!

Nice but will never live in an HOA community again. Too many picky rules and fines if you do not obey.
