Notice you stay away from Sweetwater Cove off of Sawyer Road around that area. Can’t say I blame you. Problem is, Those areas you’re showing aren’t really “Town ‘N’ Country. It’s more the Rocky Creek designation. Everything north of Hillsborough from Webb Road to Benjamin Rd up to Waters is “T”n’C”. Nice showcase of homes though, even though this is a dated video.

Home prices went up throughout most of the country not just here in FL. Our insurances and utilities are climbing at a crazy rate. We are in a world wide recession, with inflation, and min. wage doubling - all costs will increase and will cont. since we are still working on increasing our wages here in FL. This lowers the middle class who has been working so hard for a better quality of life. I have moved up the ladder, but my quality of life surely is no longer reflecting this. So glad you are talking about insurances as it will shock new comers and is driving owners out. In Pasco we are only accessed around 50%, so there is so much room for tax hikes, which is also a financial risk, homestead slows it down and make you not want to seel, because your next home will be thousands more in taxes. If you are moving to the state, understand homestead, HOAs, and CDDs, historic claims on homes.

Anything over 220K is too much for most people in the US.

Are there any areas close to beaches that give a bit more room to breathe/are less dense or do the two only go hand in hand. Great work and thanks for your awesome videos.

How did you skip Old Northeast? I understand it has affordability issues, but as far as best areas - it has to be near the top of the list. I guess you briefly mentioned it in a list of areas people want to live in, but really deserves at least a brief discussion.

Older homes tend to be on higher ground. Back then they had their pick and they picked the high ground. Evacuating for hurricanes is not fun. You might flee to safety, but all your "stuff" will be left behind. Something to consider. An elevation map would have completed your video.

Is a condo board required to have an outside company complete the reserves funding study or can they just state that reserves are fully funded, i understand the structural part is completed by an engineer but i don't think the engineer has anything to do with the financial part of all this, thanks

Move to Azalea neighborhood near Tyrone where there was a mass exodus about 14 years ago after Raytheon admitted they had been poisoning the ground for over a decade. There was a CA lawsuit where they granted the local households less than $3k for their troubles and kindly sent out a letter that admitted they had been poisoning the ground with highly toxic chemicals for a long time and that it was encouraged to not shower with your water and to not drink or cook with the tap water. I dont know how it works. But the CA lawsuit must have included an agreement that this did not need to be mentioned in the future because I guess the lawsuit 'resolved the problem'. Because after loads of people left if they didnt die, a lot of out of state folks have since been sold the houses. Its disgusting. ButI physically saw the letters. It wss real. You have the overly higj ditches running alongside rhe Pinellas Trail right now which runs along side the contaminated land that has at least one homeless person who hascut the fence and posted up there who sh*** in the ditch where the fence is also cut a few hundred yards (×/-) from home base where it flows away from camp, and maybe some coyotes live there. Across the street where ober-priced and apparently non-sponsered child sports teams compete and prsctice, along with a toxic playground, basket ball court, that has been taken over by entitled outsiders who let their dogs take over the baseball fields, playgrounds, and park area. Those entitled people deserve harsh beatings and maybe evem death. But the rest dont. And even though these entitled people should be severely abused, we/they do not deserved to be poisoned from walling outside. When the water gets this high, people start feeling sick. It is an up and down sick where you thougjt yesterday you were getting better but you get better and then get worse. This is why those entitled folks are gonna habe their bones broken because that is controllable. But understand, this isn't allergies, a cold etc. This is the posion beimg drawn from the land and evaporating and settling again to be breathed in. That is your symptoms in that area and definitely in near areas. And for the entitled dog owners, your dog needs you, dont think your skull wont get cracked for sh*tting on people. It will and then your pppr dog will have to be rescued by the 10% who are responsible dog owners. *Lots of typos. If you need reslity, it will be better in person. Just dont let yoir cute ass pits and other fantastic dog breeds run wild like an entitled Californian or the other horrific sh*t holes you came from. No one can save you. A realtor just wanted your money and the locals want you gone. So just behave. We went through what you didnt about 14-16 years ago. If you are anti-gun, good luck. You'll appreciate the good people that are left but there is s reasom why self defense became even more human rigjts based the cops are trying to tell you something. They're gonna show up after the local beats one's face in for entitled behavior and also to rid the existing scum efficiently. Just today it was announced how FL wants to start developing 8 different state parks in Florida putting up a resort, golf course, pickle ball courts, etc. This is just the beginning of them killing off more of our natural habitat in this state. The state parks should absolutely be off limit to this but greed just keeps destroying more and more of this state.

If a single person “needs” $95k to live comfortably, he is doing something wrong. Unless you have massive debt, how can you not live on a $95k salary?

Gulf port is a thumbs down. i have worked in the area a few times over the years and felt very threatened. i wouldn't live there for free. Tyrone mall is deserted. really don't think it will be open in a few years. that goes for a lot of malls though.

I disagree about GulfPort. very Shady. i wouldn't want to live there. i live in st pete. real close to fossil park. i have lived in Clearwater. i think overall clearwater is better.
