@@amberdy12 yes, although numbers are lower than summer, some of the country’s most beautiful moths can be found in the autumn. Merveille du jour being a prime example. Thanks for commenting and take care 😀
Great trap! Thanks for showing the moths so clearly, it really makes a big difference. I caught just 2 moths in my actinic trap last night, wish I'd had a haul like yours!
@@mikel7180 thank you for commenting. 2 moths better than none, that’s what I’d say. It just depends where you are in the country. I’m also using an MV still even though catch size doesn’t tend to differ much between actinic and MV at this time of year. Come November, I’m ditching the MV until march and just going to use my actinic. Take care 😃
