@@InTheKitchenWithSandy Ohh noo I'm so sorry Sandy, big virtual hugs, takes time to recover from it especially with loss of smell. Try to rest often if you can.
Thank you greatly! For over a year I come across this dish from a dinner someone brought to my house when I lost my dad. And I have craved it since found several recipes but couldn’t and didn’t know what cream was.😂 Thanks to you I do know. Shows how much I cook😂🤣🌹
Hi Shawna, Im so sorry for your loss. I lost my momma 2 years ago and it was so difficult. 2 days ago was her birthday. It never gets easier. I use heavy whipping cream in a lot of pasta dishes. It is so good, and this recipe is amazing. Let me know what ya think when you try it. Sending hugs and love your way. Thank you for watching and commenting. I appreciate you!
@@InTheKitchenWithSandy Thank you and I’m so sorry for your loss as well, Happy late Birthday to Mom in Heaven. I know they say time heals all but that’s not the case… it leaves an empty spot in your heart. I’m definitely going to snoop through your videos I’m sure I can find something else to cook that great! Thank you and Bless you always!❤️
Alot of great recipes here, tried and true. My momma was an amazing cook. I learned from the best! Welcome to my channel. Im glad to have ya. Be warned, when I first started my channel many years ago, the video portion and picture taking was awful. I had to discover myself. If ya know what I mean. It took time. But I finally setteled in, but the food is delicious!!
If it wasn't for your video I wouldn't have found out my VERY picky 6 year old absurdly LOVES kielbasa. I don't cook except for pasta and stuff I know he will eat. But he ate almost a whole half of a kielbasa tonight lol so thank you Sandy!
I do something similar, I cook my sausage and noodles separately, then I use an Italian blend of spice along with some butter and olive oil mixed in the noodles, then I add the sausage in, after my wife gets some for herself I add a can of diced tomatoes with peppers, and I add chopped onion and green or red pepper and a pinch of Cajun seasoning, cook it for a few minutes to soften the veggies and then I eat, but at least my wife allows me to do the dishes when I’m done, she’s so progressive!
Oh yes, she has the BEST guac recipe EVER lol, and those potstickers are amazing. Definitely need to share both of your amazing recipes with my subscribers. Your place or mine??
I've done this also with chicken breast strips, pork strips and added Italian season. I accidentally discovered that turmeric lowers my blood sugar/glucose so I also add some of that.
That sounds delicious with chicken and pork too. May have to try it. Thats crazy that Tumeric does that, I am a nurse, and had no idea. Heck of a lot cheaper than Insulin! Thank you for commenting and sharing your recipe as well, I may add a segment on viewer recipes and this definitely sounds like one I would love to try.
@@InTheKitchenWithSandy, I've used turmeric here and there but towards the end of this past May I started craving Turmeric Rice and did something about it. I made a pot. I ate 3 bowls that night and was expecting a higher glucose reading than normal but was pleasantly surprised. Instead of being over 120mg/dL the next morning I was 81mg/dL and probably dropping. If I don't have any or much for a couple of days I can see it in my glucose meter. I don't know if it works for all blood types but it works for me, a Type B.
Hey there! It should be fine without the tomatoes and onions, it may not be as pretty without the tomatoes but the flavor is coming from your sausage and stock. Hope you enjoy, and Thanks for watching!
I'm not sure I get where the flavor is coming from not much seasoning only onion powder was added. Crush red peppers and pepper doesn't usually give much flavoring and crushed tomatoes or diced usually is plain.
Good Lord Jessica, there is an abundance of flavor in this simple dish. Check back with me after you make it. It will not disappoint, I PROMSE YOU! I dont waste my time sharing recipes that are not good. I hope you try it and would love your feed back! Happy Thanksgiving!
You can buy fire roasted petite diced tomatoes. It has onions and garlic and salt and pepper. That’s flavor. The beauty of recipes like these is you can tweak it how you like it. Taste as you go and change what you want. No reason to critique the creator like that…..
You are the QUEEN of Creators! This recipe is out of this world, protein, carbs & vegetable! You hit a home run. Thanks for sharing.

This is what I've been looking for. Cannot wait to make this, fun video.
Sidenote: it's pronounced something more like "q-basa"
This is FANTASTIC! and thanks for clarifying how to say it. Lol. Hope you enjoy the recipe!!
Keel basa is the correct pronunciation
Wished recipe on added on page.
I am not a big fan of tomatoes and onions will this taste as good without those? This looks delicious!
