You are so right about the gift return and the type of women. I'm like you so I tell my wife specifically, including websites and bottle sizes, exactly what I want. So while there are no surprises, there are happy smiles. And definitely, for some women, it's better to get them shoes, a bag, expensive chocolates, or easiest, a nice gift card.

One thing my husband does is replace the fragrances he likes on me the most. He likes all of my fragrances but there are two he always makes comments about. You can't go wrong with purchasing what your wife, girl friend, mother, sister, best friend wears frequently. Great advice Eva.
I hide mine in the trunk & back seat of the car then bring it in when no one is at home😂😂😂 All my family & friends know to ask me what fragrances I like or want so they don't buy something I already have. I feel the same way about La Vie Est Belle vs La Vie Est Belle L'Eclat. I purchased La Vie Est Belle L'Eclat because it was something different and smelled better than the original. I also purchased La Vie Est Belle En Floral too. Tfs💕

I am a huge perfume person -however-I’ve had 2 babies in the last 2 years and babies should not be exposed to perfumes on a regular basis -therefore it was a huge sacrifice to stop wearing it and I gave away loads of bottles to people who could use them- I can’t wait till they’re older and I can start rebuilding my collection -I’m very picky
IDK...the reviews for La vie est belle (original) is through the roof and for good reason! My #1! I didn't like the other La vie brands. I think once you get attached to one, it's hard to sell me on the "sister" perfumes. I agree MK Wonderlust smells amazing. Also, Christian Dior J'dore should be added to the list...js😉

The fragrance is called “Mon Guerlain” by Guerlain…and the other is “Mon Paris” by YSL. “Mon” means “My” in french, eg. My Burberry by Burberry. But great that you found a good fragrance mistakenly!
I need help! LOL I went by my local Ulta store last week and found this Givenchy Dahlia Divin but the one I fell in love with was a solid gold metallic bottle (not just the gold flecks in the cap). The lady who was helping me looked and didn't have any more of this gold bottle goodness in stock and now I can't find it anywhere. I am planning on going back today and begging the manager to sell me the tester lol I have the nectar but it is NOTHING like the one in the gold bottle. I was able to catch a large bottle of nomade, mini nomade and the lotion set for $39 and it’s by far the most favorite in my collection.
