Fixing Vintage Clinton Engine

Picked up this little Clinton engine to add to my hoard. Follow along as I try to get it running.

Hi, i try to start a clinton 160, starts only if i drop gas in the spark plug hole. Then works great. How can i fix it?

If it run fine after starting by adding gas, then i think it would either have a choke problem, or partially plugged up carburetor. Perhaps the idle circuit is not getting any fuel.
