Such a sweet home!!! It really offers so very much! To think you have your own apple orchard, (No need to look for an apple orchard , to visit LOL) and the extra rooms that could be made upstairs , if you so choose. Much started for you! Just love the arrangment of the rooms and the doors to go out to the conservatory area and outside even. The heating solutions with Pellet (very warm heat) etc and everything about it is very nice. The basement is set up so a utiilty room can be put together so you can have a washer and dryer etc, and great to have storage for car and a basement giving a very good foundation and added warmth for home. . Sounds perfect that it has good windows too!!
It is laid out nicely. Enough bathrooms as well! Such great landscaping and like the sheep idea, as it is restful really. The updating is done later even, as can do it when there and fix what you want to update some, but all the main things are already for you to move into. (so peaceful)
Love the kitchen area too. Looks so much like "home" really, A comfortable home, for sure! Love the land around it . Very nice. Very lucky people will be able to purchase this one! go home form work, and know you wil be able to rest, and all quiet around you, except your own family's noise. Thank you Susan for bringing so many lovely houses for people to see and watch in order to help many find just the right home for them!

Once this house is painted or papered it will be wonderful. It's spacious and light with nice large rooms and a really good basement area. Looks to be very well maintained and the landscape is beautiful.
