This has been a very revealing interview. Our Controller of Budget is competent, articulate and knows her responsibility. All of us citizens Kenya should rise to support her and do our part to ensure our Parliamentarians do their duty or else be kicked out.

Honestly, this is such a sensitive and complicated subject. It touches on several people's PFMs because their outputs are based on the implementation of projects. If these projects never get implemented then why are we paying so many government staff or hiring them in the first place?
I request that the Good lady Controller of budget be more in Media to help this message out much more.... She has to organize the campaign in bigger social medias...TVs etc.... She can also seek advice to publish her reports regularly on newspaper.... Sending the reports to our leaders don't help us..... We all need to help out citizens make informed decisions while voting our leaders.....
Why didn't the panel ask her to confirm what Jimmy Wanjigi was asserting that Kenya has in the last 9 years made payments to the tune of 5.6T towards debt repayment ?
What avenues are there in the constitution that can help Kenyans them hold elected officials to account? @Spice TV could you invite a constitutional law expert to guide us on this topic? We need to reach a place where there are legal avenues for accountability that Kenyans can apply for there to be any hope of change. We already know that there is a whole of thievery, what we need to be guided on is what we can do as citizens to help ourselves.

She can also decline to authorize withdrawal to repay loans for projects that have not been done....yeye ana authorize tu and then blaming other people.... that office is there for a reason she's not just a whistle blower
