More to come!
my gears do not side easily on the shaft as yours does. Is there a way to ask questions?
Happy to help if I can. I don't think I removed any of the gears from the shafts. I did remove the main shaft with its gears intact after removing the transmission.
Hi Norm how many can of paint do I need?
I bought 2 cans of color and 2 cans of clear. It used one full can of each and just a little of the second can. Good Luck
Also, when the spray cans get near empty they tend to not spray as well. I don't try to force it, I just switch over to a fresh can. Hope this helps.
Thanks good job. I will try to redo mine. What about primer?
I did not prime it. I did use a scotchbrite pad on everything to degloss and lightly scuff all the surfaces. Additionally, the paint is listed as paint and primer so that helps a little too. Also, the original mixer was beige so I wasn't concerned about coverage.
