• This is not about YOU getting a job! This is about the interviewer getting someone for the role who is going to ADD VALUE to their business.

NUMBER 2. It tells the interviewer that you have high standards. All employers want to take people on who have high standards.

I am usually a quiet person in the workplace and lack some confidence overall. I watched your videos for a new management job interview which I got to the second round. The director called me today and said it was pretty much an even playing field for both candidates but thought the other person was a better fit for that specific role. She said liked that I was outspoken and direct with where I wanted my career, that I reminded her of herself and that she would want someone around the office she works directly out of to have her back and invited me to come and meet the team at another company she also owns... I don't know if this is a good or bad outcome but clearly I was too confident even though I was shaking on the inside 😂😂
