I took refresher driving lessons (after not using my licence for 11 years) and I think it was one of the best money spent in my life. I think the secret is that after doing your refresher lessons, you should start driving on streets and roads you know. And also avoid peak traffic hours. It can be overwhelming in the beginning to concentrate on driving and on finding your way, especially if there‘s a lot of traffic around you. And practice, practice, practice. Driving is something that you can learn only on the road.
When I learned to drive my Dad desensitised me to this when I was learning to drive by just getting me to drive aimlessly away from home for about 30-40 mins then making me find my own way home. We got lost quite a few times and had to ask random stranger in the street where we were and how to find the nearest town but it really helped me be comfortable driving anywhere
Epilator tip: use a beard trimmer (if your household owns one) first to get leg hairs to shorter lengt (should be really quick) and then use the epilator :)
About the driving: I don´t know your exact sircumstances but would try it again as soon as possible. If you wait a long time you might build up a lot of unnecessary anxiety and it get´s harder and harder. Try not to give the fear to much power! ;)
For the oven gloves...get some silicon ones...they are really great for heat protection...and they grip the pans/plates very well too :) For the resin air bubbles...use a hair dryer (cheap heat gun) on the resin just after the pour to make the air bubbles come to the surface and pop away.
Highly recommend watching Evan and Katelyn for resin tips and to see them learning along the way too. Very wholesome content that will make you laugh even if you don’t watch the resin videos! I believe they have used a lighter to pop surface bubbles on smaller projects in the past.
So glad I'm not the only person who found driving very overwhelming, I cried during every lesson. My instructor then moved me to an automatic, it makes such a big difference. Worth a try.
With regards the driving, a Pass Plus course might give you the structure to feel like you've actually learnt and improved, you cover things like motorway driving, driving in bad weather, town and country driving. It requires 6 hours of driving and can often be booked as two 3-4 hour lessons which I think is probably better than lots of 40 minute hops around the area you live in and know well. It really helped my wife after she passed. Also as a cyclist / motorcyclist I'd urge anyone who drives a four wheeled vehicle in the UK to do a CBT. It's about £140 for the day, you get a moped riding qualification for life (assuming you've got your car license), and it seriously increases your awareness of more vulnerable road users.
I don't know what my worst purchase of the year is, but my best is definitely my apartment. I didn't ever think I'd be able to afford my own place, but this year turned out to be the year I could do it and I love it so much!
Hannah! I haven't driven for TWO years, after a similar experience to you. I'm finally signing up for an anxious driving course. I don't know if it'll work yet, but just wanted to say DON'T WAIT 2 YEARS LIKE ME! Your independence is too important x
Oh god I feel exactly the same about driving. I was trying to slowly build up confidence but then other anxieties/IBS issues/lockdown hit. My plan is once my physical and mental health are better, I’ll have some refresher lessons (again) and then go out regularly, even if it’s just to the shops down the road.
Driving is really scary for any beginner, you should definitely keep practicing! it took me weeks to enjoy driving after passing my test, I was so scared, its the hardest thing I've ever done. Now I love driving and have done thousands of miles around the UK and go anywhere! Freedom!
If you haven't already, you should definitely try sugaring/sugar waxing at home! There's recipes online, but you basically just make caramel and then use it like you would use wax. It's more eco-friendly (not petroleum based and you can use fabric strips and just toss them in some water to dissolve the sugar away and reuse them) and also apparently better for your skin. Since you're doing it yourself, it's also cheaper than going in for a wax session.
Hey, it is great BUT don't be stupid like me because i burnt a hole in my leg and have a scar soooooo ye actally follow instructions they're surprisingly important
Oh God the driving thing! Driving lessons to get my driver's licence 11 years ago are hands down worst purchase of a lifetime for me. I've driven like once or twice after getting my licence and never since then. First, I didn't have a car and family members, who encouraged me to get the licence saying they would lend me theirs, didn't come through as they were scared to lend the car to someone fresh out of driving school, so I never practiced. But also the driving school was pain, took me 6 months instead of like 2 it is supposed to and I was still in full panic behind the wheel. I am SO scared of driving now. I even used to have nightmares about it. I currently don't have a car as I don't need it but I am dreading the moment I will need it. So scary and I don't even know why! Whole degree in psychology but I cannot explain this one :D
You talking about shaving every few months is literally me lol I'm actually really excited for my daughter to see my hairy legs? (She's a baby) it sounds so funny but I am excited for her to grow up with leg hair being normalized 💖
I cannot be arsed with shaving anything. Too much effort. I'm too pale for sunbathing too, I burn in about 5 minutes. I spend my summers covered from head to toe because it's the only way I've figured out in 23 years that I don't end up lobster coloured.
For the oven mitts, try not sticking your hands inside so you have two layers. I do this automatically with oven mitts because they seem to be lower quality than hot pads. Also, idk if this is just a us/uk thing but I have never seen oven mitts come attached. We just keep ours next to the stove.
Where I live in the US, there's a BMW club that runs a program (open to everyone) that teaches less experienced drivers on safe driving through stressful situations. Idk if that would help but it gave me a lot more confident bc I knew I could handle things like spinning out of control, and other situations you might come across on the road
honestly, your vlognukah-series is my favorite holiday series on youtube. I've been watching you for at least 4 years and your energy and intellect is just beautiful. Happy winter break, enjoy
I don't think I've said this before, but I love your wedding dress, especially the colour. Yellow really seems to suit you! My best purchases this year would probably be my stethoscope, which (hopefully) I won't ever have to replace, and TES IV: Oblivion and TES III: Morrowind, both of which I played for the first time this summer. My worst purchase this year is probably the replacement battery I bought for my dead laptop. Didn't help, one bit...
@@Oggibogging it usually takes me about 30 minutes to do both of my legs although the first time did take a lot longer because I was so nervous that I kept pausing 😂 I'd highly recommend epilating, honestly wouldn't go back to shaving regularly
@@Sarah-zm3sl depends on the speed of your hair growth and how long the hair has to be in order to bother you enough to remove it again. Definetly lasts way longer than just shaving, plus the hair grows back softer and without the prickly feeling
I found having a epilator with also a shaver head to switch out so much better than just a standard epilator! Also, that dress is just so crazy beautiful! No reason not just wear it casually!
For the resin, doing half and half is a typical way to handle that problem. You could also use a cocktail stick or something to move the petals into place after pouring. And you can use a flame to pass briefly over the top to get rid of some of the bubbles. If they're deeper bubbles, you probably just have to mix the parts together a little more careful so you don't add bubbles!
Worst purchase: A pair of secondhand Timberland boots - that ended up not fitting (and couldn’t sell for the same price UGH). Best: All of my new tech, as well! Sony ZV1, Sony a7c and I bought a small microphone for the Sony ZV1 - and it just leveled up the audio and really didn’t cost much. So worth the 40€! Another best purchase would be my first real cashmere sweater. Such a luxury!
10:30 Wax once, then use an epilator to maintain. Old hairs are super painful to remove but the ones trying to grow back come out much easier. I own the same epilator as Hannah and it's been a godsend I've used it so much I've worn the battery out, sooooo worth it
I would add that the epilator I have is really good even with really long hair and the two others I used were as well and one of them was really cheap. So I don't know if her epilator is so much different, but I should work ok, you just need to go a little slower up the leg, since there is so much hair :) PS: using epilator since I was like 13, I used razer for my legs like 5 times in my life and I love it ^_^ I don't need to care for my legs for 3-4 weeks, or even longer if I don't care that I have legs full of hair :D PS2: And the hair grows much much much slower when using epilator and I have some spots, where their stopped growing all together :)
@@sedivcovanika I suspect it's gonna depend a lot on hair growth patterns. I'm very high on the chewbacca scale (male with greek ancestry), so if I don't epilate every few days it starts getting too dense to handle and if I shave I gotta do it twice a day. Epilation with longer growth definitely doesn't work as well but I suppose it might be doable especially for people with less aggressive hair
I'm very confused by these comments about epilators... I epilate and I don't do it regularly. I've never had any issues with hair being the wrong length for the epilator to work. Mine's quite old, but is this a new thing epilators have started doing?? Because that's very annoying
On driving: I feel that so hard! I have now been driving on my own for 5 years, drive every day and I STILL regularly burst into tears. I'm working on it, but it is so supremely difficult when it seems to come so easily to everyone else!
I bought a UE Boom wireless speaker the day before we went into lockdown and absolutely the best purchase all year. Great working from home tunes were played!
Hey Hannah! Have you ever thought about doing a crash course video on personal use of Excel? I know you love personal finance so I thought you might like the idea!
I wonder if you could somehow make cushion covers or something from the same fabric your dress is made from? Also might be worth having enough of the netting to make a spare panel if you plan on wearing it more frequently just in case you ever damage it.
Honestly, your driving story has made me more confident in the fact that not getting my drivers license as soon as possible going more than 5+ years after when I could have gotten is was a good choice, simply as I also properly never would use it in the years in between. I will get one when I need one, which is not now, which might be never. For us young people living in a bigger city without a car its just not necessary. Im sure you could do it if you needed to as well easing into it slowly.
About the air bubble for the resin. If you have isopropyl alcohol. Use a little mist, skirt bottle thing and they should pop the airbubble. Do this after the resin is all in but before it is set
For the resin, I recommend the YT channel Evan and Katelyn, they are a delight and I think you'd love their vibe, but also great resin tips and tricks! And also you don't have to buy a heatgun, you can use one of those long butane lighters
Even though I didn’t buy it my parents got me a queen sized bed around the time of lockdown(early Christmas present) and it was the best thing for this year
best purchaces: clothes, my new laptop (Which I had to get because the last one was on its way out and half of the keys were missing) and games for my nintendo ds (I know they don't sell them or the ds but I had to get it for my anxiety and its something to do when I'm not at uni). I don't have a bad purchase but a 'why did I but this now?' and that is a bag of random fabrics, but they will come in handy.
My oven gloves are actually from b&m from my first year of uni and still able to grab a big lasagne dish out the oven many years later. Would recommend
I finally invested in a Canon G7X Mark II this year... I know it’s not the best camera out there but I got it off depop at a superrr discounted price (even though it had never been used) and it’s made vlogging sooo much easier than using my phone 🙌
Really enjoyed this video. That phone tripod thing is like a 5 in one product. Great! But with the epillator I just don't get your problem with it. If the only reason you hate it, is because it doesn't work on too long hair... I mean, you can solve that easily, right? I have used my epilator for over 10 years, even under my arms, because I hate the prickely feeling of shaved pits... but I also let my leg hair grow out over the winter and it gets too long for it. When I go to epilate again I either 1) shave my legs like a week or two before it or 2) I use an electric hair trimmer (boyfriends) to shorten my long leg hair : ) Maybe you can give it another chance. If that reason is the only reason you don't like it.
I would say for the TV, maybe consider getting those white cable strips thingies that tape to the wall and makes the cables look much nester as they're inside that "tube". 😊
I bought some pleated blouses for work this year and they are so comfy and flattering on me! Easily my best purchase of 2020. My worst purchase was a universal power plug adapter set that has multiple heads so you can find the one that works for your electronic device, but none of the heads were the right size for the electronics I needed to use it on. I kept it because I thought I could use it for something else, but it didn't fit on it either, and then I ran out of time to return it. Ugh. Your resin coasters are so cute! Maybe you could do a video when you make more; sparkly ones sound like fun! :)
Sugaring! Tried it for the first time a few days ago so I'm yet to see how fast the hairs grow back but - not too painful, quite eco friendly, no too hard and my legs are SMOOOOOOOTH. Amazing.
i LOVE this video-I'm going to go look for others in the genre! so glad you included the specific price for each item because it's so relatable to be like "this was not expensive, but it haunts me that i wasted money on it"
Tip for oven mitts, don’t get Mitts at all. Get an oven cloth instead. I worked in professional kitchens are they’re preferred as you can loop them over your apron and grab them quick. They’re more durable, versatile, easier to wash and store and you can double up if you think it’s too hot. Also they cost maximum £5. Thank me later 😘
About the driving: I have had a driving licence for nearly five years and need to drive quite often due to living on the countryside. I have just recently started to enjoy it a bit. Some people like driving from the moment they first try, for me it took years for it not to be a neccesary evil.
I generally use an epilator and my trick is to do a quick classic shave first if it's been a while, and once it's growing back again, get the epilator to work. If it's summer it's a lot easier to sit down and do your legs every 3 weeks or so. Even up to a month and a half, it should work fine! :)
Best thing I purchased : iPad Pro 12.9 inch with Apple Pen and bluetooth pedal; it is very handy to have all my sheet music and documents in A4 size anywhere I go. As a musician this means; no more page turning with your hands, not having to stick all different pages together, less ink and paper buying, sharing notes from previous projects instantly and never forgetting stuff. It is THE DREAM. I thought the 1300 euro wasn't worth it, but after 4 months I can honestly say it's the best purchase I've made (after my instrument, lol). Only sad thing; theaters/concert halls are mostly closed here so I haven't been able to test it on stage yet
I haven't driven a car for 5 years after I passed my test, I just got back from a trip in France, so of course the moment I got in the car and got onto the road I drive on the wrong side of the road while my mom screamed at me and I was completely oblivious to what I was doing wrong until I saw a car coming towards me 🤣🤣 enough time has passed that I can laugh about it now
So for the epilator, maybe try your pits. I bought mine for my legs and it just really hurt so I didn't want to do it any more. But then I tried my pits. Now the first time hurt quite a lot, but after that the hairs grow in so fine that it practically doesn't hurt at all any more and it just goes really fast once you get used to it. Just really like that better than having to shave them so often
My best purchase is most definitely a proper desk chair. So much better for me in the extensive hone-working. I also got a new desk which is an improvement over the previous one (short people need proper height desks!) but I wish I’d gone slightly bigger - it would’ve made my office more cramped but I do wish I had more surface area. Still a net win though. Also a cheap shower head and hose - who knew it would be so easy to go from shit leaky pressure-less shower to good shower, should’ve done it way earlier. And various tools like screwdrivers etc. Basically all just adulting things. Newly invented middle tier, I bought my first piece of art after a few months thinking about it, a one of a kind hand-turned wood/resin piece for £678. I do like it but it requires proper display with dedicated lights to really look good and I just don’t have a good setup. Should look good one day though... I just don’t love it quite as much as I thought I would. Also a kettlebell - a good purchase if only I could bring myself to use it properly/more often. Finally iPhone SE, moving away from Android. Kinda like it, works with my iPad, certain things I still don’t love about Apple, and can’t decide if I wish I’d known a mini main iPhone would be coming (iPhone 12 mini) - I don’t actually need the power and all I wanted was a decent enough but still small phone. It was only because no-one else seemed to offer small but good phones that I finally switched. Worst would probably be a pair of cheap slippers because they’re too tight and I never returned them and they’re just annoying, plus some decent headphones that never arrived and I gave up with customer service. Also lock picking set I obviously can’t use and have no need for and a few other ultimately useless odds and sods that add up.
Hi Hannah! I've really got into modelmaking with resin this year and done a ton of workshops and I kid you not the way to get rid of most of the bubbles is to bash the table a bit right after you've poured it. Make the coaster vibrate from all the bashing then all the bubbles should rise to the surface and pop :)
Maybe that'll make your surface more even too? Also, use different grades of sandpaper to sand the resin to make it extra smooth and nice (you can get a pack of various grades from one of those kits for polishing car headlights - 2 uses in 1 haha)
For the resin letting it set should work. Also pour the resin really slowly to minimise bubbles throughout the mixture. If there are any bubbles at the top of the mixture after you have poured you can just use a lighter to get rid of the bubbles. I watch dice making videos (Rybonator if ya wanna check) and was heavily tempted to invest in resin making during lockdown haha
Haha, I can totally relate to the ovengloves. I bought some years ago at a poundstore and they were just rubbish, I mean why are these ovengloves even made, when they can not withstand heat at all 😥🤷♀️
I have an electric shaver, just battery powered one and it rarely hurts or leave me in a rash and isnt disposable like razors! Mostly on my bits and occasionally on my legs so it does work for longer hairs too! It may not keep you as smooth for so long but so worth it for the pain of bumps etc!
If you are still in the market for new oven gloves, I highly recommend the old As Seen on TV product, the "Ove Glove" or the similarly styled "Grill Armor Gloves." They are nice and thick with silicon ridges to improve your grip. Plus you get the dexterity of using all your fingers since they are actual glove rather than mittens. An absolute staple in my household!
I passed my driving test first time about one and a half years ago. A miracle 🤣 Got insured on my mums car in July and I've literally driven it twice by myself between then and now and I've decided it's not for me. I'm scared shitless, I honestly have no idea how I passed 🤦♀️ Everytime I sit in the drivers seat, I chicken out and go and take public transport instead 👀🤣 not for me
Look for some oven gloves (or oven mitts as we call them in the states!) With silicone grips over the finger and thumb part. I've going those to work really well
Need that phone tripod 🤣 Also go watch Even and Katelyn on here for some resin tips and tricks. The air bubbles need heat or alcohol spray to dissipate them. Also doing the layer, adding the flowers, letting it set up a bit and then pouring the other bit will work 🙌
Could you do a video on yours (& Dan's) board game collection? Would be interested to know what your favourite two player board games are. My gf and I are always on the lookout for more!
oh my thank you sharing the driving story! I have the same issue and I am really afraid of driving and it stresses me out but there have already been so many situations where I wish I could be independent and drive myself with carsharing but I just can´t. I always tellmyself to do refresher´s lessons but I haven´t done them yet and I don´t know if I can ever drive .. Ah it really drives me crazy see the joke .. :D
I’ve never had a problem with long leg hair when using my epilator. Sometimes I don’t epilate for the whole of winter and my hair grows thick and fast. Maybe because mine has to be plugged in to the wall to work it’s stronger?
I remember Bernadette Banner showing her teleprompter set up in one of her videos (for some reason I just can't find the one); she had like a mini one that might work for you, because she does a lot of heavily scripted videos. My favourite video from Vlognukkah so far this year! 🥰
I went car shopping for the first time this year, my first car was a gift but it was time for a new one. Thankfully I was able to test drive cars but OMG this really bust my confidence. Nobody talks about how different cars have different biting points and drive so differently, I stalled so much and was driving around places I didnt know and it was super stressful. Used to love driving and it took me a good month to build my confidence back up in my new car which I drive everyday for work....
Hey, I have that epilator and I think that the head you have on it is not as good as just the plain white cap. When using just the white cap instead of the massagery head thing it seems to work much better
Best purchases: loose fitting dresses, bralettes, a halti for our dog, quality chocolate bonbons, and my fave of all - our new fridge which has a lot of freezer space. Worst purchase: two biker shorts that say they go up a few inches but really don't and cut at my stomach because they have a thin elastic instead of a wide band, they are very cute but I feel like crap when wearing them and it's super sad for this first trimester pregnant body.
the first time i ever drove, my dad was teaching me in a parking lot for a while so i was only getting used to turns while moving slowly. when he took me to a larger road, the first time i turned i totally oversteered and ended up in front of the cars that were facing me. they were at a red light so it was fine, my dad took the wheel and i got back where i needed to be. but when i got home and my sister asked how it went, i burst into tears. part of my despair was that i thought i'd never be able to drive well. i went on to fail my driving test twice lol.... but here i am years later and i drive all the time and have never gotten into an accident!
My best purchases were definitely my TWSBI Vac 700r Iris and TWSBI ECO fountain pens and Pilot Iroshizuku ink in Murasaki-Shikibu. I became a huge fountain pen nerd over lockdown, since recieving a LAMY Safari for my birthday, and I have no regrets, despite having spent over £150 in a few months as a broke teenager. I was very lucky to get the Vac 700r Iris because it is a limited edition and I got one of the first release and the pen I recieved was one of the last I could find in the UK. Most of the money I spent was on the day I bought the Vac 700r and Iroshizuku ink, the pen cost me £80 and the ink cost me just over £30 for 50ml. Of the things I didn't buy for myself, my top new item of 2020 has to be the laptop I got for my birthday from my parents.
I accidentally left my resin (after prepping lab samples for my degree) in the vacuum oven in the lab earlier this year, and the next day lockdown happen. miss my Palaeolithic bone samples. :(
Worst: rollerblades, new yoga mat, 90% of my take out/delivery orders Best: humidifier, art, all the books I bought this year, child XL Columbia fleece on clearance for $15 that fits me perfectly
Look up Evan and Katelyn on UA-cam, they do a lot of resin videos with tips and experiments, especially if youre thinking of introducing glitters or dyes into the resin. They're goofy and cute.
Yes! This is what I did for vacations, because then I didn't have to deal with leg hairs for most of the summer. It does take a bit of preparation but it is so worth it to me (cheaper and less pain than waxing, and way better results for my skin than shaving).
@@morehannah You know braun also sells a shaving/trimming head for this epilator. It makes the whole shaving process really easy and quick (can use it dry) I basically don't use my epilator for anything else since I got the shaving head.
My epilator has a thingy to put on with which you can trimm the hair to the required length to then epilate (or just leave it like that) and another on where you can just dry shave and I absolutely love it

My epilator came with a trimmer head which would probably help with the leg hair length problem! Love the video as always 😊😊
How long does the hair removal process take with an epilator? Even though hannah didn't like it I'm actually very interested.
@@Oggibogging it usually takes me about 30 minutes to do both of my legs although the first time did take a lot longer because I was so nervous that I kept pausing 😂 I'd highly recommend epilating, honestly wouldn't go back to shaving regularly
I'm curious about how long it lasts compared to waxing or shaving?
@@Sarah-zm3sl depends on the speed of your hair growth and how long the hair has to be in order to bother you enough to remove it again. Definetly lasts way longer than just shaving, plus the hair grows back softer and without the prickly feeling
@@Sarah-zm3sl same as waxing (both pluck the hairs out), way more than shaving and it is better for the skin (no cuts!)
More wedding dress!! I request spins next time....so I guess Dan will have to help 😂
I found having a epilator with also a shaver head to switch out so much better than just a standard epilator!
Also, that dress is just so crazy beautiful! No reason not just wear it casually!
I feel you on the driving. I know how to drive but my anxiety goes through the roof when I get behind the wheel and I wind up with very bad headaches.
Living for Hannah‘s "earlier" at 12:24 !
Oh I would love to watch a video with all the driving advice you got and your experience if you decide to work on your driving confidence!
So I don't know if her epilator is so much different, but I should work ok, you just need to go a little slower up the leg, since there is so much hair :)
PS: using epilator since I was like 13, I used razer for my legs like 5 times in my life and I love it ^_^ I don't need to care for my legs for 3-4 weeks, or even longer if I don't care that I have legs full of hair :D
PS2: And the hair grows much much much slower when using epilator and I have some spots, where their stopped growing all together :)
I have a body hair trimmer and I trimm my hair first before epilating and it works like a charm (also not about the regular live)
I see no problem on wearing your wedding dress all day. Enjoy that dress all you can!! ✨
I don't have a bad purchase but a 'why did I but this now?' and that is a bag of random fabrics, but they will come in handy.
one daaay!! that's pretty good going to have no bad purchases
Ooooo - glitter sounds like fun! Your wedding dress is a thing of wonder - it suits you SO much!
I have the same epilator and it worked fine when I let mine grow out super long. Did you try the other head/attachment for it?
When I go to epilate again I either
1) shave my legs like a week or two before it
or
2) I use an electric hair trimmer (boyfriends) to shorten my long leg hair : )
Maybe you can give it another chance. If that reason is the only reason you don't like it.
could you please link the selfie stick tripod 🥺
Please do :)
Did you ever find it?
I would say for the TV, maybe consider getting those white cable strips thingies that tape to the wall and makes the cables look much nester as they're inside that "tube". 😊
I've NEVER seen attached oven mitts
I have been looking for signs to convince me to get a switch and you've convinced me Hannah 😄 definitely going to treat myself in the new year!
I got given an LED nail lamp and have been teaching myself how to do my own shellac nails. Even though I didn't purchase it, it is the best!
I've going those to work really well
Need that phone tripod 🤣
Also go watch Even and Katelyn on here for some resin tips and tricks. The air bubbles need heat or alcohol spray to dissipate them. Also doing the layer, adding the flowers, letting it set up a bit and then pouring the other bit will work 🙌
for resin, go watch Evan And Katelyn! that duo is just absolute newbie masters of resin
Buy a silicone oven mitts! They are great even for burning hot skillet :)
Silkepil Braun usually comes with a trimmer, use that first really quickly and then proceed with the epilator
Best purchase: I bought a used bike on Ebay Kleinanzeigen for 50 euros and I love it!
Loved the tech stuff and really helpful for some possible future creative equipment. Thanks Hannah
Why would oven mitts be attached? I'm so confused
If i remember correctly theyre commonly attached like a loop in the UK. I know here in Canada they're separate!
Yep definitely prefer our long line with two pocket ends oven gloves!
To hook them onto things for storing, so you can easily grab them. People loop them on oven doors etc.
Hey, I have that epilator and I think that the head you have on it is not as good as just the plain white cap. When using just the white cap instead of the massagery head thing it seems to work much better
Hey Hannah, could you include the selfie tripod in your description please. I've been looking for one
I’d say my best purchase this year is a Switch, which was surprisingly challenging to get haha!
it really was!! all the more reason to treasure it!
@@morehannah For sure!!
As far as the resin goes, make sure you wearing a respirator and nitrile gloves along with good venilation.
the first time i ever drove, my dad was teaching me in a parking lot for a while so i was only getting used to turns while moving slowly. when he took me to a larger road, the first time i turned i totally oversteered and ended up in front of the cars that were facing me. they were at a red light so it was fine, my dad took the wheel and i got back where i needed to be. but when i got home and my sister asked how it went, i burst into tears. part of my despair was that i thought i'd never be able to drive well. i went on to fail my driving test twice lol.... but here i am years later and i drive all the time and have never gotten into an accident!
Tip for less bubbles in your resin: Let it set for 5 min after mixing. This will help reduce those bubbles
I accidentally left my resin (after prepping lab samples for my degree) in the vacuum oven in the lab earlier this year, and the next day lockdown happen. miss my Palaeolithic bone samples. :(
Worst: rollerblades, new yoga mat, 90% of my take out/delivery orders
Best: humidifier, art, all the books I bought this year, child XL Columbia fleece on clearance for $15 that fits me perfectly
Look up Evan and Katelyn on UA-cam, they do a lot of resin videos with tips and experiments, especially if youre thinking of introducing glitters or dyes into the resin. They're goofy and cute.
re: the epilator, you could shave your legs then let the hairs grow out for 2-3 days and then epilate, but idk if thats too much work for you loool
That seems like effort lol 😂
