The biggest difference that I've seen is CC just taking over and making this her team. I feel bad for Sides just flailing so out of her element. If they stick with her it will be an epic franchise fail. Tough thing to say out loud but how great could they be with a great defensive coach?

Sides gets way too much unfair criticism from Clark fans. She wasn't gifted a great team ya'll know they've been the worst the last few years. No one is going to fire her or the GM so ya'll can stop that nonsense. Sides is not slowing Clark down or taking her out and killing momentum. Clark needs a rest like anyone else. Sides is relieving Clark of the pressure of ball handling 100% of the time and allowing her teammates to create on their own. It's called offensive variety. Clark is not a 1-person team we know how good she is but the ball needs to be shared or otherwise defense just attacks her all game. Off the ball Sides has designed plays to free her up like having another guard ball handling and Clark coming off screens. Fever are 5th in scoring and the offense is doing fine for how young they are. The defense is better now than it has been. The are obviously improving. If the Fever win more games than last year not only is Sides going to get deserved credit but Caitlin gets an even better shot at ROTY. To be fair Sides did say she wanted CC to shoot more so that's not holding her back. If ya'll want Sides fired then the Fever would need to lose much of the rest of their games and miss playoffs and no true Fever fan wants that. So get off her case. She's not perfect but she's doing fine for what she was given. They drafted 2 great players in her first 2 years in AB and CC so they're trying to build a very good team. The biggest thing I didn't like about Sides is when she said a couple things to the media that are better left in-house. Like that critique of Caitlin and the "monster" quote earlier in the season. I'm giving Sides a chance to guide this team to the playoffs.

Typical Angel Reese fan, you can only bring up turn overs and that's it. Unlike Angel Reese she has way more to her game than being one dimensional. Points, assists, rebounds, steals, facilitating, all around better than Angel Reese so you enjoy the turn over comments lol, LeBron has 5211 turn overs so I guess it don't mean too much

I understand not a starter but seems she could give you 5-10 mins a game. I don't think she's seen the court in the last 3-4 games. She actually is one of few on the team that has a decent 15 ft "jump" shot. She is on the Australian Olympic team. wondered if she was injured. She seems like a good egg and gives it all she has. Hate to see her relegated to the end of the bench.

Sides says one thing but her actions are the complete opposite as she sabotages CC at every turn. Useless as a coach worse as an inspiration to her team. Sides demands respect but Deserves None.
CC averages 16pts and Reese 13pts. So, what's that which makes CC special as Shooting Guard against a Power Forward who grinds out 2 pointers every game?... Absolutely nothing special about CC. She shoots HORRIBLY as a Shooting Guard. Shoots less than 33% from 3 point point line. Highly inefficient
To cover her shame, she uses ASSISTS as consolation. And don't forget Assists are just PASSES only that the recipient utilizes it to score instead of passing it out again.😀😀

I was at the game today. Besides a few of her shots, every other one looked like it was going in. Also, the other team tried to shadow her the entire game. No other rookie is being guarded like that. Her shooting wasn’t as good as it’s been in prior games, but seeing her in person, she is clearly VERY special.

She’s a PG not an SG. Yes she’s shooting poorly but guarded harder than all PGs in league…. So what. The Clark offensive system is success. She leads the league for responsible points IN TYE LEAGUE. Over Wilson and Ionsecou. She’s 1st in assists and top 15 in all important categories. I’m a big fan of AR as well but AR shoots layups and CC TS % is better than AR’s TS% so no idea what you are talking about.

As most ball dominate players are she makes turnovers. When you are dictating the play you will have turnovers. Caitlin has 1 maybe 2 turnovers that are bad per game. Players fumbling passes and the 1 offensive foul are her other turnovers.

In 1981 Westhead slowed the Lakers down and messed with a good 1st year fast break gameplan by having them throwing it to Kareem and everyone standing around. Plus he stifled the fast break and wanted the guards to be at certain spots in transition. Too much thinking and less improv. The Fever are totally different. Sides wants to get the ball to AB as an option to run the O. AB will drive to the hoop if one person's on her or pass out if doubled but it gives her more options in the offense which is a strength. Sides is not slowing down the break and setting up halfcourt to pass to AB the way Westhead did in 1981. She allows the Fever to run in transition after missed opponent shots but they cannot always run when the shots are made. It also depends how many players have gotten down to the other end for passes. Blaming Sides shows ignorance of the game. Players need to move around and I'm sure she's smart enough to coach that.
