    Tuarasi ruined it for herself by saying Caitlin going to the WNBA is "Not playing anymore with a bunch of 18 year olds"! Someone should say to Tuarasi it's so much easier to play against 40 year olds.

      Hahaha your right about the age thing!!
      But I kind of get it though. I thought she was just implying that CC will be stepping up to the big league. I've personally never seen footage where she has openly slagged CC.
      Though I never knew any WMBA player until CC, except that Griener guy due to that prisoner exchange☝🏻😃

      I love her "behind-the-back forward passes" that she seems to do effortlessly, and apparently without looking. And she has trained her teammates to be expecting them. Those passes are often converted to scores by others. She enables her whole team to score.

      its crazy to see the difference between a few weeks ago when she joined the team and now. The way they have gelled and become a team unit is crazy and the level of their game has stepped way up. The team mates that pretty much tried to sink her have been infected with winning and dominating games its actually fun to see them. No grandstanding from any one team member just a solid playing unit that gets it done.

    • @jimwebster7317
      @jimwebster7317 25 днів тому

      @@marx41mans I understand your point. Right now the WNBA is a write off for the NBA. When and if things get tough for the NBA, they will drop them like a bad girlfriend. They don't make money, they are a charity. At times it's beneficial to support a charity, if you can receive a benefit by doing so. When that stops happening its the fittest that will survive. Adam Silver is not stupid. Supporting the WNBA is a tax savings and helps put some female butts in NBA seats. If they continue to allow butch feminists to control this league it will be phased out. The best chance going for the WNBA is players like CC, and the upcoming talent from the NCAA. Players that have the respect and admiration of men. I think the fricking new unrivaled league will fail. The NBA will not bail them out. When the TV numbers don't come in, they will be dust in the wind. As the media landscape changes, soon these big TV rights contracts will eventually be lowered. If they get lowered and cuts have to be made, bye bye already bankrupt WNBA. But now because of CC the WNBA can profit if they are smart and don't blow it. Time will tell. And yes even in the real world men are becoming less supportive of women if they are like Carter, Britney, and Diana. But smart talented women can control men all day. Time will tell. I for one love the changes players like CC can bring. I want the WNBA to survive. They are at the very least entertaining. Although, sometimes it's comedy relief. But players like CC are a thing of beauty. Her athletic ability is stunning to watch.

It has to be a nightmare for the guard! Again, reminds me of Larry “Legend” Bird in how he could make defenders look like rookies! I think it was James Worthy, or Michael Cooper said in an interview when asked who would he rather guard, Michael Jordan, or Larry Bird. Without hesitation he said, “Michael Jordan.” A bit surprised,the interviewer asked why and the reply was, “Michael make you look slow, Bird make you look stupid!” Clark makes her defender look confused!

    I think it’s the changing of the guard in the WNBA. Taurasi averaged less than one point per game at the Olympics. Team USA just beat France by a hair in the final for gold. Can you imagine what Caitlin Clark would have done if the snotty Reese had let her play? She would have rocked it. Like untold thousands of others, I watched zero women’s basketball games at the Olympics. Without Caitlin, it’d be a snorefest.
    Caitlin is like a female version of Larry Bird, a great, impactful player who’s thrilling to watch, and makes their teammates better. I’ve never liked the WNBA, but I can’t get enough of Caitlin Clark.
