I honestly prefer this suit over the dark knight suit i know the other one is more reliable for movement but I prefer batman to be more creepier i like when he uses fear as his main tactic

I’m in the minority of preferring the dark knight suit by far. It’s my 3rd favorite batsuit, behind batman returns and Arkham Asylum

This was a great review. I trust your judgement and although popular opinion seems contrary to my own, I believe this figure surpasses the Enterbay. Sorry, Dean. Dean’s figure is a bad early run. Yours is better. With exception to the matte finish and one dimensional cape, I prefer this one. I own the EB one too. I’m all in for the HT one though.
Completely understandable man, the new HT one in my opinion is the better figure. However I do see where the love for the Enterbay one comes from. Its hands down more accurate in terms of the suit and belt colour and comes with a bunch of stuff. It's a damn shame what happened to Dean's figure, I bent the crotch grabber flat on mine so its not making contact with the suit to avoid any issues.
Justin's Collection How is it holding the figure up then? I guess I’m having trouble imagining this. Mine ships soon but I will admit the suit damage by the stand greatly concerns me.
Justin's Collection did you just bend the crotch grabber straight? Does it still hold the figure securely? I have mine on top of my detolf
hi awesome review thankyou I pre ordered this wont get it till sep deans review scared me a little hope the gauntlets aren't to bad .I have a few questions if you don't mind first would you consider gluing the gauntlet closed and you mentioned fixing the gloss on the mask I have a bit of a gloss on my dark knight 1/4 scale can you tell me what you would use to do so is there a good paint you can recommend or another solution thanks any input appreciated
Don’t think I’d glue it closed in the end, but I’ll probably buy some matte black model masters or tamiya paint. I might do an update video once I’ve tried to fix it!
The gauntlets and Bale headsculpt aren't very good. Everything else looks fine though. Congratulations on getting it my man! Personally I prefer the Enterbay one more but it looks very good non-the less.
A lot of people prefer enterbay and I can definitely see why. In person the bale head is amazing, camera doesnt do it justice!
Dear Justin i am on the fence buying this. I would love to display an unmasked batman with cape.You havent done it in the video and i cant find anything. Does it look good? Or should i save money for the Dark knight returns 1/4? But its very expensive..thanks for Your help.

Do you think Hot Toys will reissue this one? I'm just starting to collect Hot Toys so I missed out, and I'm not sure I want to pay secondhand market prices. If I did buy secondhand it would have to be a factory sealed example since that's just how I am.

With that suit poseability is very limited. The Dark Knightversion is cloth and you can get amazing poses out of that one.

Why don't you show off the articulation in you're videos? This one and the one for teenage groot was limited. It would've been nice to see the full range of articulation for both figures.
I used to but it takes up a big portion of the review, is clunky and when I watch reviews is kinda boring. Usually we know what a true type can do. I can however point out limitations in the future!

I've owned the Enterbay. The suit's finish is great, but the figure looks too skinny and the head seems a little small. With exception to the suit's finish, I prefer the Hot Toys one.
I think the headsculpt looks terrible.

Hmmm if you’re getting into Hot Toys I’d say start with 1/6 otherwise getting something so big might be a bit overwhelming

I'll let you know how joker is when I do the review when its released. DX12 has poseable eyes so if you're having trouble its not necessarily the fault of the figure just the posing.

Dont get me wrong, the Neca piece is a great figure, but I do think the Hot Toys one is better in terms of likeness and the look of the suit.

Enterbay has better likeness, and the cape is not good (same cape as the last batman, and 1/6 versions)
This figure is so inaccurate. How they got the majority of the TDK version so close but couldn't make this better than the Enterbay is beyond me.
