It’s possible, maybe he must’ve laughed when he probably saw this and must’ve figured that the woman who played Miss Briggs must’ve been a really big fan of his work on American Idol
When I was in high school about the 11th & 12th grade my English teacher( had the same teacher twice) would talk about Michael Jackson . 😂😂 but didn’t have a poster
I remember dying laughing the first time I saw this episode I never laughed that hard in my life. What made the Randy Jackson stuff so funny is of all the famous celebrities she could build a shrine of. It’s the most unexpected choice
I swear iCarly had the best out of pocket scenes, lines and characters. It was outrageous and hilarious in a refreshing way. I just wish the cast & crew had a safer & enjoyable experience.
It is for kids not sensitive people. When I saw this as a 8 year old kid I thought this was funny as hell. Not everything in a show for kids needs to be overly pc like it is today.
I remember the first time when I saw this episode when this part came on, I kept on wondering if Randy Jackson must’ve knew that Miss Briggs was a really big fan of his work on American Idol. Honestly, I would never be trapped in a teachers closet seeing that they are a fan of a former American Idol judge for example, that would be pretty scary.
Imagine how Briggs would've reacted if the trio told her how their views lowered because of her music. Worthless trash? Fine music? She needs to see reality. You know, I myself know a woman who's kind of like Briggs in this episode. Briggs made iCarly sound immature and filthy. *Brigs:* _That silly comedy you girls do is no match for my true musical artistry._ *Carly:* _You are so right. Thank you for teaching us that important lesson._ *Briggs:* _Certainly._ My boss's colleague was like that, when I thanked her for lecturing me and said she was right. See, she'd taken me to the office with the two of them for talking to a few coworkers about a bar fight I'd stopped a few days prior. It was a lecture about what's work-appropriate in conversation, which did not include night clubs or bar fights. She said we can only talk about work and school (we're a university's catering company). She's a priss. She was also upset I had said to a reception guest who'd called me over, "Hey, what's up?" She said to me, "John, we do not say 'Hey, what's up?' to the guests. We say 'hello. How are you today?' We are an etiquette, civilized, catering business. Not a football team." The next day, just to feed her ego and test her morals, I was all, "I'm sorry for my lack of filter at work. You were absolutely right and I was absolutely wrong. Thanks for setting me straight on that" And she graciously said, "Of course."
As kids we overlooked this, but miss Briggs was chilling with the black community ✊🏽

I have a teacher at my school who has a poster of Patrick Swaze in her classroom and stares at it a lot.
My 8th grade teacher always told us about Bruce Willis and one of the Supermen. It was pretty inappropriate. 😒
Too much info.
I had two separate teachers who both had cardboard cutouts of themselves
When I was in high school about the 11th & 12th grade my English teacher( had the same teacher twice) would talk about Michael Jackson . 😂😂 but didn’t have a poster
My 9th grade English teacher had a cardboard cutout of Vin Diesel

I still can't believe she voiced Lin from Korra LOL
Me neither. Now I wonder this is what Lin does after Tenzin broke up with her...
Noooooo
Wait what? I had no idea 🤯

He's a pretty cool guy. He was a producer and played bass for Journey before becoming a judge on American Idol.
He also played for Stryper
0:24 and that’s when we found out iCarly was not for kids! Sorry if childhood ruined
Dan Schneider’s fault, everybody.

Dan went too far, but this show is still hilarious because some of that humor. Like "what did the goat do?"

She’s such a mean teacher. I had a teacher who was kinda like that in middle school
You're not the only one who had a mean middle school teacher! I did too! She was so horrible and abusive which was why I switched schools.

G allows a lot more edgy stuff then you might think. It would be more shocking if it was TV-Y7
