  • Sharing my fave pregnancy practices after having a really good experience being pregnant - prenatal yoga at Yoga Mamas in the east end of toronto, walking twice a day, pelvic floor physiotherapy (with a history of vaginismus), good quality supplements like the Needed prenatal, and Calm Magnesium powder, and taking a prenatal class - ours at Mt Sinai Hospital in Toronto was so good!
