Just a quick video showing how I replaced the Front Brake Pads & Rotors on a 2019 Mercedes Benz Sprinter Passenger Van. This is the same for newer models as well. This is also a RWD model with the 3.0L Diesel Engine. The brake pad wear sensor was only on the front passenger side and rear driver side on this van. The parts that we used were from our local O'reilly Automotive and came with two sensors included.
The Torque Specs that I found online:
Caliper Bracket Bolts 127 ft. lbs
Caliper Slide Pin and slide pin bolt 25 ft. lbs
Please verify these specifications with your manual.
Tools needed:
Small Prybar or Caliper Compression tool or C-clamp
6mm allen wrench
T-30 Torx bit
21mm Socket and/or breaker bar
Brake grease
Torque Wrench
