False alarm on Substitute not working. My first few alphas after the update were hitting right through, however, it seems to be working properly again.
Smeargle=Spore switch in Spinda Spinda=Skill swap Chuck balls till Spinda dies Stats go very low Bring in some high level mons and spam some more balls to waste turns Switch to Breloom Breloom=Spore Breloom=False swipe Catch it Done. Thanks for coming to my TedTalk
This comment section and channel is a wealth of knowledge. Personally, I lead with a Wigglytuff with cute charm, flash with massive 484 Hp, Sing if I want to put them to sleep before swapping in Spinda, then proceed as video suggests. I still bring Soak, False Swipe, Spore, and Thunder Wave as backup. I know sleep is much better than pralz but I get sick sometimes of spamming spore to catch the Pokemon. I also equip Bright powder on everyone that doesn't need/have a item. It is 10% to work but it can't hurt and they are cheap. Thanks everyone for the info here!
hell yea man, ive been using flash before contrary since contrary spindas came out. glad to see someone highlight how useful it is. i would have but i dont have a channel really. all my homies use flash thought its OP
This is just mostly still built from my original team, I put all HMs I could get into available slots and flash on Smeargle ended up being my preference. Definitely a good option though! I also keep sweet scent on a Damp Parasect that I bring with my Breloom as a backup when doing hordes.
I've been using 252 Def/252 SpDef, unsure if going 252HP/126/126 is more optimal but it gets the job done. Attack and Speed don't matter since Super Fang is set damage and the Alpha should have a Lagging Tail making it move last.
Hmm, must just be a chance on each ball then, I've definitely tried spamming pokeballs and stopped because it seemed to not want to repeat. My apologies.

I just turn 1 skill swap with a focus sash'd spinda then go straight to spamming pokeballs.

I just go for spinda w focus sash since its not consumed against alphas
thats why i have 2 crobats, also bring soak smeargle, it's useful
Why no Flash on Spinda? You can just Trick and Flash until you need to SkillSwap. I like having FalseSwipe, Soak, Spore, SweetScent on Smeargle

what are the evs on crobat?

I have a question, is this strategy is till viable? I caouldn't put to sleep Alpha Pidgeot. Why the devs had to make the game so hard?
Looks like we need another update -_-.
why not use false swipe mon instead? sorry if silly question
sometimes the alphas too bulky that false swipe deal little damage
Quick tip you can get hypnosis on crobat
True, it's just very unreliable. I tend to avoid moves under 90 accuracy when possible
@@TnumsProd it mega usefull in combination with flas
2 same Pokeball in a row not triggering the buff is also untrue btw. Ive had it happen today.

The devs seem to get visits from the good idea fairy a lot lol
