      @@bernardwangg District 5 and Chợ Lớn is where the chinese people live, and they speak cantonese, also very friendly and if you lucky they even give you discount if you speak cantonese to the shop in Chợ Lớn market.

    Bernard, thanks for making and sharing the videos of your life. Glad you finally got a microphone too! Let me ask you a question. I think you have lived in Vietnam for several months now...do you feel you have more freedom in Vietnam than in Singapore?

      Hey Long, thanks for asking. Yup I am so happy i upgraded my gears. Hmm, honestly i must say every country has rules to follow no matter where I go, it is only wise not to touch on sensitive topics like politics. As long as i can go about my daily life, i am happy and contented. But again, I am a visitor, I do not have the privilege to voice my concerns or suggestions in another country's domestic affairs. I love vietnam alot because it made me appreciate the little things i got in life.
      Also, once i get out of touristy spots in vietnam, i feel alot more relaxed too :)

    Is it cheaper to eat out than cooking yourself?

    • @bernardwangg
      @bernardwangg  Місяць тому +1

      Hi, for the time spent to cook, wash and rinse my rice and vegetables I feel it cost almost the same price. I cook my meals because i need alot more protein for muscle building. Groeceries here are affordable and good quality. I prefer to go to local supermarket instead of big international chains due to price differences.
