FSG is filtered seed glitchless. Basically people have the ability to scan through seeds looking for specific things needed to make great Speedrun seeds. The runner doesn't know where anything is, just like rsg, but there are certain guaranteed aspects like structures close by in the nether, ocean strongholds close to 150,150 etc. you ask for a seed and are given one with just the basic information like if it's shipwreck, village, ruined portals enters, but not enough to make the runs feel like set seed. It's a great way to practice for when you do get a god seed, or for casual runners who just want to have fun speedrunning without the grind of resetting hundreds of thousands of worlds for a single chance at a seed like this. It's a different category from RSG or SSG, and it's really fun!
