That Shape shoot looks amazing! Yeah, I didn't enjoy Soul Cycle, I took a class in NYC and it felt like I was being recruited for a cult, lol. But I agree, if people love it and it helps them reach their goals, more power to them!

How can i get lean small thighs without them looking bulky and full of muscles? Please help!
What works for me, is drinking a lot of water, clean diet low on carbs. If you do something with weights, use 5 - 10 lbs depending on hard/easy it feels for you and do more reps. Those that do what get bigger do more weight less reps. Also do a lot of cardio, and pilate like exercises, Tone it up has A LOT! However, ALWAYS remember that not every body type is the same, you body could be burning more fat in one areas more than others. Like my body is not meant to have skinny skinny legs! Even at my thinnest, my legs are consider "thick" I don't mind it though, because I like a little shape. But my stomach takes FOREVER to flatten :( Good Luck!

Haha! It's seriously the best!!! I forgot to mention my favorite way... with mint, cilantro, green onion & peanut sauce!! You can make peanut sauce with just peanut butter, white wine vinegar, soy sauce & some spices :) I also love lemon grass & fresh coconut mixed in!!
