These 2 Hawks are seen here departing 24L to perform a fly over for the Alouettes game (CFL) before heading to Toronto! It is always nice to see a change instead of the usual F18 flyovers! Awesome video! Cool to see technically British airframes being used in our Air Force! Loud little jets tho! (Btw they are actually CT-155 Hawks, the CT-156 is the Harvard II (the t-6).
Yup, time to change up the Snow Birds, and they're a liability now. Laurie Hahn, a one-time RCAF squadron commander logged 7,000 hrs on Tutors, the CF-188 Hornet. She stated that the Tutor was “…a terrific, highly maneuverable airplane, but it is getting old."
I was on Mount Royal right as hear two flew in front of me and UNDER me. That's right, they were so low that I was higher than them on Mount Royal. I have the video on my channel
