Thank you for explaining the difference(s) between the big box set and steelbook set. I was very frustrated trying to glean this information from the various seller pages I looked at. Even Amazon has next to no information on the contents of the steelbook set on the product page.
As a teenager I remember being introduced to this film via Moviedrome on BBC2 in the late 80's where (I think...it was a long time ago!) Alex Cox gave a brief talk on the background of the film before it was shown which (combined) had a profound effect on me even to this day. I have just received the 4K Steelbook (I'll probably buy the collectors set also!) and look forward to rewatching this classic over the weekend but also having some knowledge of the production beforehand which you have made available in your book makes watching the film an even extraordinary experience as Alex Cox's introduction did to me all those years ago!

Looks amazing. I had to change my name (as a professional actor) because of David Pinner, the author of Ritual. I met him once too and explained to him why. Many years ago I dragged my young family around some of the locations. I am a huge fan of the film.
Looks awesome, I have the Blu ray Steelbook edition of the wicker man the 3 disc set ( including the OST CD) , but that 4k set looks spicy! "Come...its time to keep your appointment with The Wicker Man"

I would love a copy of your book as I've been a Wicker Man fan since seeing it (way too many times!) as a young teen in the early '90's and was going to call my first born Rowan (another in the family had it first though). I play several of the soundtrack songs on guitar so I'm very interested in the exclusive audio content and even though I don't have a Blu-ray player yet I feel like I need this set too, like right now! 😁
