Excuse me brother,, i have smart tcl problem same like as that, and at cpu testpoint voltage is 1v0,, and i check is present 1volt, at many testpoint voltage are present also, but led indicator still off and vgh, vgl, vcom, is nothing, i think procesor ic is damage/ broken, what do you say about that, or what must i do for know what the problem is.?!

The maximum output current of the 7805 IC is 1.5 amps, but more than 1.5 amps flow through the CPU and GPU of this motherboard. So the problem will occur if you use 7805.
