O-h-i-o had NIL before it existed. They bought alot of talent. Isn't that right Urb?

I think it's definitely been better for quarterbacks: instead of sitting--maybe for their whole college career--they get a chance to go play somewhere and make difference. I think we're seeing that this year; there are quarterbacks lighting it up all over the place. Not to be harsh, but if Penix was still playing at Indiana, he would not be putting up the numbers he is at Washington.
That said, of course what is happening is the rich get richer. If you're a blue blood, and you need an upgrade at QB, you go steal Indiana's QB. Tagovailoa said over the summer a school offered him millions in NIL money to leave Maryland. If you want to know how the transfer portal is working out: follow the money.

I would say maybe only half of those QB's are lighting it up. The B1G Ten has had a lot of transfer QB's and most of them have not been very good. There are a couple that I thought would be quite good, and they have been completely horrible.
