Watched this just now whilst doing my recovery run and found myself subconsciously matching your cadence. I have no idea if that helped or hindered me 🙂 Good to see how other people approach treadmill training though. I tend to keep my treadmill intervals quite simple or the plan starts to fall apart as soon as the brain starts to feel a bit oxygen starved and forgets how to work properly 😂
