Yeah constantly changing shoes and switching from bike to run to bike etc may have caused this. I hope it’s nothing too serious. It’s not any worse today so a few days off running shouldn’t do any harm. Thanks for watching my waffle😂
I hope the calf eases up for you soon so that you can still reap the benefit of this hard session. It's strange how it would pop like that on the easiest rep. I wonder if there might have been a change in your form for the easier rep that didn't quite work with those speedy shoes you were wearing?
@@Lazy_Jay_Racing thanks buddy. I think it’s recovering. Done a couple of short treadmill runs and lots of rehab & conditioning. Trying a walk/run to the gym today. There’s complain but the calf just feels ‘different’ if you know what I mean. Does that mean I should continue to rest it 🤔. Not sure🤯
My first thought was changing shoes likely contributed here seeing your post previous on the old strava. Course im no expert, but have switched half way through a session before and noticed a pull in my calf shortly after. Not done it since. Nightmare this happening but I'm more than confident you'll have it fixed and back in full swing soon enough. Great video and session as always 👌
@@TheRunningWhale I’ll not be doing any more shoe change stuff within a single session again 🫣. I do enjoy it though 😂. The session itself has great value. Not sure of your set up but worth a bash. It’s easy for me at my location to switch from run to bike etc. might not be so easy for others 🥸

@@ampgb223 I’m hopeful! I’m mirroring you😱 with these niggles 👀. Any calf advice gratefully received 🤓
Hope it's nothing too serious mate!
