I've been doing lunges recently and also decides to make it a daily routine everything I move around my house and it does work. I'd say more effectively than squats (never thought I'd seen quick results than 500 squats)😂 Good luck 💯

IDK WHAT TO DO!!!
Puberty will help but you may just have to accept that you are thin. Be careful trying to change your thin body. My best friend was always very thin & underdeveloped and as an adult she has battled being plus size for years.

I suggest the paleo diet, you get your nutrition in and you won’t get stomach aches since the whole point of the diet is to eat easy to digest food.
