    I've been doing lunges recently and also decides to make it a daily routine everything I move around my house and it does work. I'd say more effectively than squats (never thought I'd seen quick results than 500 squats)😂 Good luck 💯

      Depends on what you mean by "bigger": "secretarial spread," a widening pancaking into flab, can over time occur by habitually sitting too long (but for horseback, which requires continual isometric contractions) and/or eating too many starchy carbs.

    im 13 and I can't I'm just skinny and slim and my mom was curvy and had a great figure when she was my age and throughout her years now she gained a little weight but just from pregency still is thick tho and in a good way and I want to have a good body but I swear I will eat everything and can't gain weight !! IDK WHAT TO DO!!!

      Puberty will help but you may just have to accept that you are thin. Be careful trying to change your thin body. My best friend was always very thin & underdeveloped and as an adult she has battled being plus size for years.

      That's what I have realised. Coconut oil and olive oil are said to be the most healthy oils available. Although there are experts out there who preach against all oils but I don't buy into that.

      Orlando its If thats true then why coconut oil, a product that has been marketed so much, was finally proved to be much worse than butter? Because there was research done and science can beat marketing. On the other hand, Olive oil has been there forever and never has it been found to cause harm, only benefits, so it must mean something! Its not random that people from the Mediterranean region are healthier and live longer than Americans (provided that they follow the healthy version of the Mediterranean Diet).

      If I was a scientist I would be entitled to do so but since I am not that's what researches are for. And if decades of research show such things I will trust them instead of marketers, so what is your point? Did you do your own research and think you are entitled to claim that it wont harm to use butter? Why should I trust some random person saying so when I have science?

      There are many different types of squats you can do -- a simple one is called Box Squats which utilise a chair or something similar. Give it a go. Good luck! xoxo, Fleur

    I would've liked it if they also included how much of each to do or for how long instead of having to guess. Is 15-20 each enough? Or NOT enough? ... Regardless I'm gonna take this on and hope it works.

    I suggest the paleo diet, you get your nutrition in and you won’t get stomach aches since the whole point of the diet is to eat easy to digest food.

      I respect your point of view, but I think its actually the opposite.If you love them then you would want them to change for the better and by telling them, it would first of all make them healthier and know that you actually care & later they'll thank you for your advice.Its like having a partner that never brushes their hair and people look at them badly are you going to love them for who they are or tell them I think you should brush your hair and actually care how others look at them when their not aware. Though of course, you have to do it in the nicest way possible.So overall I think the best thing to do is tell them.You may disagree but I thought I would share my opinion.Have a good day '-'

    Guys please don’t squat like that. If you fully make your knees straight it can Damage theme a lot. Keep your knees a bit bent when coming back up

    At 1:33 her arms are not "parallel" to the ground; that's not what "parallel" means. Her forearms are in a plane 90 degrees to the flat plane of the ground. Please use apt diction.

      Naima Jannat because there is not a heavyweight involved most do 3 sets of 20 to 30 each rep, how often? The muscle needs 48 hrs to recover, don’t forget the 30 min anabolic window after the work out, this means during this time the body is said to be in an optimal state to accept essential nutrients and shuffle them into the muscle tissue, enhancing recovery, improving our capacity to build muscle and ultimately bringing with it all sorts of gains....protein gets processed in different ways, we have whey protein the body processes quickly, red protein process slowly etc, how much protein just do this grs of protein per lb, for example if there is 150lb of body will be closer to 140lb of protein daily, but in this case will be good at list 100grs of protein, there is not to much heavy weight involved...but protein is the key! YOU ARE WHAT YOU DIGEST, NOT WHAT YOU EAT,! Success.....good luck
