@ericsherman4181 I sent my paperwork off in July. Got a letter month ago saying I didn't answer a question. The question was also on the letter. Mailed it a month ago. Do you know how long it takes after the medical and interview until the visa is given?
I hired an immigration attorney to do everything for us back in 2007. The paperwork was approved and she had her visa in 6 months. The real cost is in after they get here. All in i spent about 10k dollars (mostly in paperwork fees) to get her here and a citizen. But it was worth it 17 years of marriage now and counting and still happy. It's a small price to pay for happiness. But that was back then.

We choose to use Filipino Visa with our filings and have truly appreciated their support and service. Blessings to you and your family.
Filipino Visa is an agency that can help you with the processing of the visa. I suggest you do it yourself because it’ll save you money. But if you want to check them out… www.filipinovisa.com/?partner=1684
Also, add in the cost of a good prenup agreement from a lawyer that specializes in them. She will have no problem signing it if she loves you and doesn't plan on leaving you. You can have cheating clauses and all that. Then give her the money to hire her own attorney to look over the agreement so its fair for both parties. I watch a show called Lead Attorney and he is a divorce attorney from Atlanta with 20 years in the field. Says always get a prenup because if written up correctly their pretty ironclad. So, you need and additional $2500 to $3000 to pay for prenup being written up plus your lawyer fees and her lawyer fees that you will be paying.
@@allenwilson6462 you can get a great pre nuptial agreement in the Philippines before you bring her to the us for about 3-600 dollars and foreign pre nups hold up better than us ones if done properly(separate lawyers etc). I would add if she leaves in the first 10 years marriage she pays you for all the costs of bringing her over and supporting her.
This guy gets it! Marriage is always always always playing with snakes. Anything ever comes out my mouth comes with that caveat. If your the sole provider than keep yourself safe with a good prenup and sunset clause. In our case, we both contribute evenly...so walking away with the half we worked for isn't exactly getting burned should the unfortunate go down. We would both walk away with more than when we started with; and certainly more than we would had we done it alone.
I wouldn’t bring my Filipina to live in America. She’s already been there for as long as one year and isn’t interested. We live in the Philippines instead. We do visit the States once a year for about a week and then return home. 90% of marriages with the spouse immigrated ends in divorce. The adjustments and quality of life time spent together decreases when in America. Who wants the rat race of working full time both spouses as opposed to now we spend all our time together. Then the attitudes of people in America compared to the Philippines. Not to mention inflation, property taxes, auto insurance, groceries, it’s a debt trap. No thanks.
@@James-yk1mt You can not be an employee here and the wages are too low. Best you have investments from America. However you can have businesses and investments here if married to a Filipina or a Philippine Partnership or Corporation. You can buy and sell too.
Nice video, thank you for all the great info. We are currently sitting at 6 months of waiting ourselves, a lot depends on which USCIC processing center reviews your case. Hopefully soon.
I have been watching your channel for a few weeks. Thank you. My Filipina fiance has enjoyed your perspective. I have just filed my I-129F for a K1 Visa.
Great point and great information about the whole situation and process! I’m glad you shared this with us because we are going in blind and not knowing what in stored for us!❤🎉thanks
Im Phil born and raised but living in the US since the late 70s. My older son after 5 years of long distance relationship with his British born fiancee and back and forth visits between UK and the US, have the same requirements. The requirements are spelled clearly when my son applied for the fiance visa and they are three months away from being approved. She is free to come back and forth to visit him but all medical tests and interviews will be done in UK.
My fiancé did the medical in the phills and some vaccines are not available in her country that are required for AOS. So we will have to get them done here and most physicians won’t do a partial I-693 without doing the full medical exam. They won’t sign off on the form if you just get the vaccines, this will be another added cost, ridiculous.
@@ericsherman4181 you can’t just send the vaccine card. A Uscis civil surgeon needs to sign them off and fill out the I-693. Doesn’t matter where you got them from. My fiancé is going to go to a uscis approved clinic by an approved civil surgeon to get the vaccines as they can sign off on the I-693. You will most likely get an RFE for the i-693.
You may want to add the cost of a divorce if she becomes Americanized and her personally changes for the worse, and you later decide it's better to wait to retire and then move to the Philippines, and find a suitable Filipina there. It happens. That's my experience with all this. Happy New Year!
Only time it might be acceptable is that she is older than 45, set in her ways, won’t be making a ton of new friends, and you’re moving west. Still a risk but definitely would never bring a young impressionable Filipina to the west EVER
Weren't you the guy who sent his wife to work as a nurse, then wanted her to make a sandwich after coming home from an 18 hour shift? Some people never want to own responsibility for something they orchestrated. Just sayin, some self reflecting and improvement opportunity here can be a consideration.
@@ArleneLIWS My wedding was free :) In my house, my Office manager at work married us LOL. She made the living room real nice, we got video, and a ton of pics, then went out to a very nice dinner with our close friends. I don't have much family tho. We were going to do a courthouse marriage but the waiting time was over 4 months here.
I brought my filipina to the usa on the k1 fiance visa.. I think it was about 3 thousand when we did everything ourself... You have to have met your fiance in person, so the round trip is there. You also have to fly her here, so you need to include that as well. The reason for the K1 is that it is faster. If you marry in the phils first, then you will need to do the immigration before she comes here. With the K1, it is considered similar to the immigration, but she files for her green card while she is here.
Doing the process yourselves would save you a good amount of money. Especially it sounds like you and your Filipina are good with attention to details.
Its not too bad to use one of the major paralegal services. They usually know what they are doing, make sure all your paperwork is filled out correctly, can save you a lot of time, AND normally only costs a few hundred extra bucks on top of everything else for their services. NO NEED to go to an actual immigration lawyer as long as you have a pretty clear cut case with no major legal issues. Lots of people do because they get scared and they drop $6000 on a lawyer when its completely not necessary.
Another great topic sis! Love it!!! Hope I can make a video about my CR1 experience. I will try lol. Anyways, thanks for this very informative topic sis!
We went with K-1 you also need to consider the cost of the flight to Manila the stay in Manila for medical and interview which ours went from a few days in Manila to 3 weeks ! Then her flight here ! Then the work permit and status adjustment 1700 combined She arrived and we were married within 30 days but the cost of adjustment status and work permit 1700 dollars ! But true love has no price tag 🙏🏻
I know it's not your experience, but in the interest of further completeness, you may want to provide details on the process and documentation required for a foreigner to marry in the Philippines. I haven't been through all of your videos, so maybe you already have one detailing that. If so, maybe you could add it to the description. Anyway, thanks for the information in this video.

This is great information. Over the years I have brought 2 filipinas to the US and it cost me quite a bit of money. Neither worked out tho so now I'm back in the Philippines. If you find the right woman it's worth it tho.
The one place I'm working with we have been waiting a week, and I'm thinking of just getting a lawyer to speed up the process more what do you think if you don't mind me asking
This is good advice for those looking to bring back their fiancé or wife and hope that she doesn’t get westernized. Not all Filipina’s are the same but the odds of a young girl getting a great job in USA and deciding to move on with her life as a woman in the USA and seek a more age appropriate relationship or a better lifestyle with a richer man, happens.
I remember having a conversation with some guys I worked with in Vegas about 15 years ago. The general consensus was don’t bring your Filipina back to the states. Be ready to move somewhere else before getting one.
Oh sorry, I should have disclosed that I used 1$ to 50Php conversation rate. I thought this would be more conservative considering the exchange rate is erratic.
You paid attention and vetted. Respect for that. Always vet! But yes, it was a guestimation ballpark. Conversion I have seen over the years has been between 50-57 with 54 seeming to be the average.
My fiancé did the medical and they didn’t administer some vaccines and so I don’t understand why they charged the full price. Some of the required vaccines for AOS are not available in the her country so we will have to get them done here and most physicians here will not agree to do a partial I-693. They will want to do the medical exam as well. This is frustrating, they didn’t even tell her she still needed some, I had to check. Ridiculous.

This prosses for us the k1 visa has been awful because we use an agency. The cost was an additional 4000 usd. She still isn't here yet. We got our first letter from uscis in June 2024. I have been visiting the Philippines since 2019. We started the process in January 2024 we submitted all of the forms at that time. I hope that we get notified from uscis soon.i have plenty of money for everything else that is needed in fact she does also. Her bank account is solid.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the agency, but it's great that you're financially prepared for the process. All the best to you and your Filipina!
Dont bother. We are now on year 3 trying to obtain a spouse visa for my Filipina wife. An entire year before they even get to the application then another entire year before they schedule an interview. Then at interview they say we needed more documents even though we had been documentarily qualified with the Visa dept. For a year already. 3 flights from Cebu to Manila including the medical exam. Now they're saying they cant find the documents including her passport she sent that were delivered to the embassy and signed for. She is now trying to schedule an appointment to make a fourth trip to try to figure out where all the documents are. They dont answer the phone there and they're email responses are almost useless.
Plus about an extra 10k. And all the support ya sent before that plus all the money she will extract from you for her family during the marraige. And possibly an 18 year paycheck she gets when bails with the child or children and alimony.

I brought and married two Filipinas to usa on k1 visas . It's not that expensive or hard to do. Had each visa in two months after applied. One was 2002 the other in 2015.I did all the paperwork myself. I am a truck driver. Yes the first one didn't work out long term. We divorced ten years after marriage. Still married to second one. On ten years now. She works very hard and makes as much as me. She has built a home in philippines for her family with her own money. My first Filipina wife does have an issue she's unable to change her name in philippines. She has remarried an American. 0hilippinescwont recognize our divorce. But they allowed me to remarry another girl??
There’s a separate process she needs to undertake so the divorce will be recognized in the Ph (it’s not automatic). You married your 2nd wife in the US that’s why there was no issue since in the US marriage records you are divorced and free to marry. Don’t have solid basis for these statements so I could be wrong. In any case, I’m glad everything works out really well with you and your 2nd wife. Cheers to decades more! 🥂
I don't get why everyone says no cell phones..even the guard said before we set up are appointment at the embassy that we cannot bring are cell phone in,but when we arrived there for are appointment they let us bring are cell phones in.
Those figures are for the west coast of the United States. Not the east coast and places like the Washington, DC area. It’s more costly for me. I’m Andrew.
You are so wrong. You quote the cheap way if you live in Makati. Living in or near Tacloban or other islands is a lot more expensive. Try $10,000 US which includes realistic cost of flying from Tacloban to Manila, staying in the Manila area waiting a week for medical results and an appointment with the American consulate, and if approved flights to California. St. Luke has exclusive rights to medical services and that’s why the medical fees are sooo high. Normally the medical exam costs less than $50 US but with the proper bribe to American officials they became the only recognized medical service in the Philippines for the US, Canada and other countries. Bribery goes a long way in the USA and Philippines.
She quoted based on what her costs were and gave a general ballpark idea (translation she's not wrong). I mean FFS people will have to use some discernment when considering source and destination flights, transportation, lodging. Mileage always varies. 19mpg city and 25mpg freeway isn't an iron clad sticker...its going to vary based on a wide variety of factors. What's next, a nitpick that the visitation fights weren't from Dubai? Or you going to poopoo she didn't give costs of 5 star resorts?
THE GOAL OF EVERY FILIPINA IN PINAS IS TO MARRY AND FOREIGNER..THE MOMENT THEY ARE BORN....LEARN ENGLISH ..AND MARRY A FOREIGNER...AUSTRALIAN..NORWEGIAN...AMERICAN....CANADIAN...FRENCH..ITALIAN..ETC.
She addressed only a bare minimum single visit on a budget and also doing it yourself vs lawyers and agencies. Of course she would encourage as many trips as possible for in person meeting but careers cant always be put on long term hold like that. Kudos on you tho if you were able to get in multiple trips, its really important to vet and use discernment. I took 5 weeks vacation spread over two trips myself over the course of 2019 when we were dating LDR.
It's just cheaper for me to keep my girlfriend, and playmates in the Philippines, and it will be for the rest of you American expats as well. I date a woman that is 10 years younger than me, who is a Government employee, an engineer with a master’s degree. She is a homeowner, car owner with two teenage kids, one in HS and the other in College. And of course, I have a couple of, what I call "selfie girlfriends" that I hang out with in the afternoons and sometimes, weekends. I change those out every few months, or so. Don't get married, don't loan anyone money, don't lease land, don't do anything. Act broke, and keep your mouth shut. Also, a good trick is to tell younger Filipina women, that you are "BROKE" up front. This will calm her expectations down, considerably. In America, I sold my home, everything other than my Motorcycle and got me a cheap, but secure apartment in the states. I maintain that apartment for $500 a month, a studio apartment, and I live full-time in the PI. I cashed out in my early 40s, and put 650K in the bank. With my investments, the way I have it structured, I have about a $3500 USD a month income. 13 years late, I haven't even touched the 650K, that has grown since moving here. Life is great. I've been in the Philippines for years, and dated many beautiful younger women, and .... trust me, if you're in your 50s like me, these younger women are only interested in you as long as you're generous, active with them, and generally romantic and fun, with a positive attitude. Feed them, buy them clothes once in a while, lechon baboy for the family, Red Horse for the Dad, Uncles, etc, and you will be okay. Also, the big thing, the smart thing is to have a home base with an older girlfriend who is educated, homeowner and car owner. Don't EVER waste your time, money, health on a nasty bar girl, EVER. The older Filipino girlfriend will most likely have menopause, so you won't have to be as intimate with her that often, which is a good thing. She just wants your attention, your initiative. You will have to show her you care, and want to be around her. Older girlfriends, if they are educated, good job, homeowner, never want any money from you. This is very important to have from the standpoint, that when you're sick, tired, need to travel, she is going to take care of you and be more understanding and supportive than the younger 20 something jealous Filipinas. Filipina women are SUPER JEALOUS, 10x worse than American women. It's insane how jealous they can be. I both love it and hate it. Seriously, avoid getting married, and I would never move a Filipina woman to the states. Especially if she is beautiful, younger and you're in your 40s or 50s. It's only a matter of time before, toxic American women get in her ear, in person, the news, or social media and she starts having second thoughts. I could write a book, and probably should. NEVER ... EVER ... GET MARRIED, or have kids. If you want kids around, that's where the older Filipina girlfriend comes in. Just adopt her kids as your own and treat them well and be supportive.
Warning, a lot of filipina changed when they come to America. Do your due diligence before bringing her over. Always try to stay in the Philippines 🇵🇭 if possible.
Thanks for all the information. My Question is... What about debt? I may make about 40,000/yr. but I some debt to deal with. What about someone who recently files bankruptcy or is maintaining 20,000 in debt?
In the affidavit for support they will only ask you to attach your W2 or your ITR. And I also don’t think they’re going to pull your credit records. Please check the income requirement to make sure you qualify as it varies depending on the household size. The link is in the description. You may want to also consult with an immigration lawyer or call USCIS for more info. All the best to you!
I dont think your in a fiscally responsible place to be migrating someone over here with your income is only 40k a year. Focus on your debt first, if you have the discipline to knock out that 20k then you have what it takes start a family on a 40k income, because an extra person to take care of is going to equate to the debt you just crushed.
what if I'm married to my ex-husband in the Philippines and I have a bf who is from the US and we met three times in the Philippines, is there any hope that he will bring me to the US?
Only him can answer the question on the likelihood. But definitely he can’t bring you to the US until you completed the annulment of your previous marriage in the Philippines.

A good Filipina is worth it though ☺️. Especially if she happens to be highly educated. You’ll easily recover the immigration cost in 3-6 months of her arrival in the US.
Nice video.. This is best case scenario. For instance: if your mate doesn't pass medical clearance. That will take 8 months. You may have to put them up in a hotel for months in Manila for treatment at St Luke's. If not it will take even longer. If it takes more than 2 years since your visit, then you have to plan another trip. not mention the delays with USCIS. Pretty sure we spent over $15,000
How dumb are you? Seriously, are you trolling? That 100% was covered in the video and also in the links of the description below it. Just stop, you have to be trololloling. If you aren't, please please please stay in the Philippines. Any prospective male viewing this....here is a giant red flag type right here.
K1 is via paper filing and CR1 can be done online or paper filing. Click the links in the description of the video for the detailed instructions on how to fill-out the form and where to file.
- Substitute the costs of Australian visa processing with the USA costs. - Calculate a plane ticket from Australia and sub that in from an American flight.
it's the 30k per year that she costs you after you GET her here and the 50% of everything you have (in divorce court) that you'd BETTER worry about.. Put cars/real estate in the name of your mom or a NV corporation, BEFOrE you marry her or just buy gold coins and scatter bury them. Order them thru local dealers (many dealers, ) no more than $9000 at a time and pay only with cash.. Never volunteer your real name, never use any sort of ID or traceable instrument to pay for your gold/platinum. Dont park your car wher the plates can be seen from the coin shop. Scatter-bury the coins at night, where only you know. Nobody can take what they dont even know you HAVE . Once she becomes a US citizen, divorce her and go get one of the millions just like her, all over the third world. Tell her that if what she wants is YOU, there's no need of her becoming a US citizen. SEE which one she chooses and that'll tell you what to do
If you look at the bottom line, yes it would appear so. But you don’t shell out this amount at once. And if you marry a highly educated woman like me, you would recover this cost in 3-6 months (K1) or 2-3 months (CR1) of her arrival in the US.
Isn’t the wedding vows for richer or poorer? Even poverty stricken US families live better than majority of the Philippines. If your Filipina wanted something you can’t afford, she can work and save for it.
You are absolutely correct. What I pointed out towards the end of the video is the misrepresentation that some men do to attract women. And this is very wrong and should be avoided if one wants to have a successful marriage.
MY question is it a requirement for me to go to the Philippines, can iI file due my status of my job where I don't the luxury or the time to go is there a way to get around this.
Sorry, in person meet-up is required for K1 Visa. And it doesn’t have to be in the Ph. Or she can try to apply for a US tourist visa. Very slim chance of approval though.

So, you need and additional $2500 to $3000 to pay for prenup being written up plus your lawyer fees and her lawyer fees that you will be paying.
Love this. Thanks for your valuable input, Allen!
💯
Good advice 🤩🤙🏼👍🤑💵💸🤙🏼👍😁..
No thanks.
Best advise. Listen up guys!
But what do you do for income in the Philippines? Obviously I know we can retire there at that point on Social Security, but can you work there?
@@James-yk1mt You can not be an employee here and the wages are too low. Best you have investments from America. However you can have businesses and investments here if married to a Filipina or a Philippine Partnership or Corporation. You can buy and sell too.
Nice video, thank you for all the great info. We are currently sitting at 6 months of waiting ourselves, a lot depends on which USCIC processing center reviews your case. Hopefully soon.
Thanks, and I hope yours gets approved soon!
I have been watching your channel for a few weeks. Thank you. My Filipina fiance has enjoyed your perspective. I have just filed my I-129F for a K1 Visa.
That’s awesome! I hope it goes smoothly for you both. 🙏
Excellent information, long needed. Thanks so much!
I'm glad you found it helpful! 😊
Arlene,
This is a good and current review. I am getting very close to starting the K1 process for my Filipino fiance now.
Thankyou
All the best to you and your fiance, Roland!
Great point and great information about the whole situation and process! I’m glad you shared this with us because we are going in blind and not knowing what in stored for us!❤🎉thanks
You’re very much welcome! Glad I could help.
That’s awesome! Thanks for sharing
Great video! I just subscribed. My K1 is approved. Just waiting on Interview and medical😁
Thanks for the feedback and congratulations! 🎉
Mine got her additional vaccines at CVS LOL, then just sent the card in the AOS...all good
@@ericsherman4181 you can’t just send the vaccine card.
We started Sept 2019 and you are so right in your figures and she brought her daughter so it's times 2 for all that thank you
Thanks for your feedback! God bless you and your family! 🙏
You may want to add the cost of a divorce if she becomes Americanized and her personally changes for the worse, and you later decide it's better to wait to retire and then move to the Philippines, and find a suitable Filipina there. It happens. That's my experience with all this. Happy New Year!
Exactly, I don’t know why these simps still don’t get it 😂
Only time it might be acceptable is that she is older than 45, set in her ways, won’t be making a ton of new friends, and you’re moving west.
Getting a philipina that's over 30 reduces how americanized they become. I still advise a prenup regardless of where they come from
@@adamdavis4164 I can somewhat agree. Internet access is still going to be like a water drip rather than a flood.

So.....with all of the add ons......it's about 10,000 dollars.
Yep! Especially if you factor in the wedding cost.
If she leaves me, I'll get another one.

Yes, but the point is, don't spend all that time and money on one for them to just leave you. Hellllloooo
Do Not Do It...
Thank you for sharing your experience with the K1 visa process! It's great to hear it was successful for you.
It's like alot of homework and $$$ to bring her to US. Glad my filipino is a honor student.
Thank you so much for posting this video very informative God bless
You’re most welcome! Happy to hear you found this video helpful. God bless you too! 🙏

Thanks for sharing your experience. All the best to you and your wife.
@ thank you our journey from the beginning was a hard one but we endured and now we are happily married 🙏🏻
...and the average cost of a funeral is about $8300 usd...
Already did the in person visit so that's a third of the cost it looks like and I would let a service handle the rest of the visa process.
Great! God bless you and your Filipina!

I hope you find the right woman this time around! ❤️

did you have to pay alimony did you get a prenup my son brought a girl here married no prenup not getting along very well.
You have better statistics staying married than divorcing a western woman. 80-90% staying married and 70-80% divorce rate with western women.
Great video sis! Happy new year to you and your family 🎉
Thanks, sis! ☺️Happy New Year to you and your family too! 🎉
Total cost is bankruptcy after the divorce
I remember having a conversation with some guys I worked with in Vegas about 15 years ago. The general consensus was don’t bring your Filipina back to the states. Be ready to move somewhere else before getting one.
why is the medical exam $573 when online it says only Php 28,650.00 ( that's only $492)
Oh sorry, I should have disclosed that I used 1$ to 50Php conversation rate. I thought this would be more conservative considering the exchange rate is erratic.
@@ArleneLIWS Oh ok that makes more sense. Yes the exchange rate can change a lot.
You paid attention and vetted. Respect for that. Always vet! But yes, it was a guestimation ballpark. Conversion I have seen over the years has been between 50-57 with 54 seeming to be the average.
the failure rate of the med is very high. no one talks about this.

Short answer, without even watching the video: half of all your assets.
Plus about an extra 10k. And all the support ya sent before that plus all the money she will extract from you for her family during the marraige. And possibly an 18 year paycheck she gets when bails with the child or children and alimony.

@@ArleneLIWS We got the work permit and the what do you call it, the advance parole pretty quickly. What slowed us down was the actual green card. And that part kind of sucked but ultimately wasn't a big deal because we werent planning on going anywhere, but it did mean that citizenship was delayed. We only got cirizenship last year and by then we had been married 4 years. And you really only need 3, but the green card was in effect a year late so we had to wait until we were 3/3.

Those figures are for the west coast of the United States. Not the east coast and places like the Washington, DC area. It’s more costly for me. I’m Andrew.
Hi Andrew! The USCIS fees are the same regardless of location. I did not mention cost of living in this video.
I think you forgot the inbetweens, bringing my filipina to the USA, cost just a little over 18k.
Or at least prep her on what to expect from crab in the bucket Karen's whose sole purpose is to drag her marriage down.
How many filipina's you been with to know those numbers?
I agree it does happen, but your description is greatly exaggerated.
I would say some, not a lot.
Can you tell anything about the annulment process (time and cost)
Sorry I don’t have any knowledge about annulment process.
What if i married a philippina woman in Québec,Canada. I would love to have you're opinion.
what if I'm married to my ex-husband in the Philippines and I have a bf who is from the US and we met three times in the Philippines, is there any hope that he will bring me to the US?
Only him can answer the question on the likelihood. But definitely he can’t bring you to the US until you completed the annulment of your previous marriage in the Philippines.
i dont know of a single bringing a pinay to america and it turning out good story. not one.
^ This guy. She came into my life 6 years ago, we celebrated our 5th anniversary yesterday. Abundance of joy and prosperity, both our lives have leveled up with our powers combined.
@@Otingocni you must know a lot of losers LOL….a club you are in?
Im Australian so expensive and difficult my Pinya is working in Poland as we are saving for her Masters in Pyschology for Sydney University ..4 yeara here then file for permanet resident
I’m happy to hear that you have such a strong plan for her future! I wish you both the best in making those dreams come true.
My Filipina girlfriend works in Singapore. Will I still need the medical clearance she has a passport that expires in 6 years
Yes.
Yes, medical is required.
With these prices seems like they want us to stick to American women
A good Filipina is worth it though ☺️. Especially if she happens to be highly educated. You’ll easily recover the immigration cost in 3-6 months of her arrival in the US.
@@ArleneLIWS yes she is
Congratulations! Wishing you both a smooth & swift immigration process. God bless you both! 🙏
Yes, American wives and Filipina girlfriends.
Good luck with that most American women aren’t worth relationship let alone marriage
My wife got a R1 visa and green card
Nice video..
This is best case scenario. For instance: if your mate doesn't pass medical clearance. That will take 8 months. You may have to put them up in a hotel for months in Manila for treatment at St Luke's. If not it will take even longer.
If it takes more than 2 years since your visit, then you have to plan another trip. not mention the delays with USCIS.
Pretty sure we spent over $15,000
Wow, thanks for sharing your experience and for highlighting those additional costs!
My question is where ddi u appply for k1 or cr1? Do u need to talk to an agency? Or go to US embassy? Or through uscis? Thank you
How dumb are you? Seriously, are you trolling? That 100% was covered in the video and also in the links of the description below it.
Just stop, you have to be trololloling. If you aren't, please please please stay in the Philippines.
Any prospective male viewing this....here is a giant red flag type right here.
K1 is via paper filing and CR1 can be done online or paper filing. Click the links in the description of the video for the detailed instructions on how to fill-out the form and where to file.
For me the total cost was $4,250.00 dollars
That’s awesome! Thanks for sharing.
Anyone know cost's to bring someone to Australia?
SEE which one she chooses and that'll tell you what to do
How do I find my Filipino?
Never bring your phillapina to the US
Wow I never knew it was that expensive 😢
Yep, mine loves working here
MY question is it a requirement for me to go to the Philippines, can iI file due my status of my job where I don't the luxury or the time to go is there a way to get around this.
Sorry, in person meet-up is required for K1 Visa. And it doesn’t have to be in the Ph. Or she can try to apply for a US tourist visa. Very slim chance of approval though.
@@ArleneLIWS would there be any other way around this for my job wont allow me time off
No other way around it as far as I know. To be sure I suggest you inquire with an immigration lawyer.
@@ArleneLIWS ok thank you
Yes first to your channel but I have always wanted to know what it would take because I would love to find me a nice Filipina wife because not only is the culture beautiful but Filipina woman are gorgeous. I hope to find me one. I will sub to your channel thanks for the content.
Thanks for the kind words about Filipina women. Happy to know you found value in my content. Good luck on your search!
Can you petition your gf without going to Philippines?
In-person meet-up is required before you can start the petition process. This can be done outside of the Ph if you don’t want to go to the Ph.
@ thank you for the quick respond.
