Hello, it is a Lewmar stainless 3 spoke with power grip knob. Shop around, you can find them cheaper sometimes. defender.com/en_us/lewmar-3-spoke-steering-wheel-with-power-grip-knob?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw-_mvBhDwARIsAA-Q0Q7PpGq5AtNAsTazSL46NQkiIjOaeAfyFrD50m6_1RT2yqzU0GnLNoMaAjFaEALw_wcB#493=13930
If you have the cable steering like I used to before I changed to hydraulic. The shaft thread is 1/2" not the normal 5/8. So you will have to find one that comes with the 1/2 nut. For some reason they charge a little more for them 🙁
I used 2 AWG wire. For the length I needed it was on the border between 2 and 4 AWG. Went with 2 to be on the safe side. Probably a little overkill for this boat/engine.
Bob's machine action jack with a 6" offset. I will be doing a video of it hopefully soon.
What kind of back plate did you get ?
Bob's machine action jack with a 6" offset. I will be doing a video on it hopefully soon. Got it from Amazon, several hundred less than from Bob's.
Nice video. Please tell me where you purchased your steering wheel or the name of it.
Keep the line tight.
Thanks

Has the voltage output decreased due to the length of the cable run?
Did not see any change since I used a lot larger cable then what came with the boat.
@@beechjet400xp thank you.
Can this work on a 15 too?
@@Manny.Miami305 This is a 15', so yes indeed. Thanks for watching!
