I love watching beginner skateboarders being taught by Braille. Skateboarding is challenging, and seeing beginners learning new tricks brings hope and confidence to lower skilled skaters.
Big up Nigel these are my favourite uploads in the channel atm and big up Natalie too was so shocked to see how much she progressed since the last video!
before you know it she's gonna be able to aim towards the bank and ride up it with the momentum from the drop, instead of aiming for the stairs and having to jump off... makes me want to build a quarter and start dropping in, too! FK YEAH, Nat! can't wait to see you in the next one.
to de-pump i always explained it as squat down as opposed standing tall to pump up the wall. same as going down. every transition you go through you go from slightly squated to stand tall to pump through it. just like going higher on a swing

I wonder if confidence in safety on a skateboard would increase if the fear of it decreased. I mean, that's how fear and bravery work, but teaching someone how to take care of themselves is significantly better than not.
It would be fun to see hoe far she gets as a skater. Bring her along on all the stuff to get a woman perspective and how a beginner would tackel things. Like how to do this at the skate park, how to talk etc - could be fun/funny. Lets get to know her!
Learning skateboarding is really no different than learning how to play guitar. I tried both as a child and gave up but took up guitar again 8 months ago. Self taught with UA-cam tutorials. Same with skateboarding. It’s muscle memory. I learned to strum a song with my eyes closed because I practiced a bunch. Eventually it was second nature. If you practice skating/tricks enough, eventually it will become second nature.
I like this girl confident, beat all the quarter pipe from standard to higher. Great job Natalie! I think you can beat Derek at kickflip. In next stage, you would probably be doing kickflip. If you land a kickflip, Derek must feel terrible because Natalie just start it and she did it before you. Cmon Natalie!
You guys should get a bunch of foot scrubbers and use the silver and black material on them as griptape lol. You know the little paddles you scrape dead skin off your heel with that have a griptape like feel to ‘em? The stuff comes right off and can, nee, should be applied to a skateboard deck if you dare.
Nat is doing amazing! I mean I see tremendous progress! But is anyone gonna talk about Nigel? How can you not improve with Nigel teaching you and hyping you up!
