If you leave the Renault DeZir stock and run it out of service, the top speed will be listed as 95mph. I don't think any other car can get under 100mph.

How is the Dezir not the slowest car? I thought I saw its base stats show 180 kph
These are Fully upgraded cars and the Dezir goes to 280 in that case.
