Thank you 🙏 it’s wonderful to hear that you enjoy them .... we are working on the next 5 meridian sequences and will upload them as each is complete .... enjoy the series 🙏
Hi Daniel - we’re glad that you’re enjoying the 90 min practices - they take a lot of time to prepare, film and edit so it’s always great to get feedback .... please enjoy the other 90min practices and share with others 🙏🙏
We aim to please 😆🙏 glad we’ve shared something that you enjoyed .... please keep enjoying and look out for the next 5 meridian based sequences coming out over the next few weeks .... 🙏
Glad you enjoyed it 😊🙏 .... please enjoy some more .... stay subscribed for new offerings and share with like minded folk .... thanks for sharing your practice with us 🙏🙏
Thanks for another great long class! Ive done this one twice now. The first time was good, but I got so much more out of it the second time. And I was able to move energy through my hips instead of over my hips, if that makes sense. I will definitely be revisiting this practice!
Thanks Meghan .... yes it’s interesting when we find a practice that resonates with us at a particular time that we can keep getting more from it over time .... deep down our body and mind know what we need .... keep enjoying for as long as it serves you .... more meridian based sequences coming soon 🙏🙏
I really appreciate your meridian series and wonder do you also have a liver/gallbladder practice 🌻 your classes have given me an opportunity to deeply explore my energetic body and find a sense of stillness, balance and healing🙏Namaste.
Hi Vanessa …. So glad you enjoyed the practice …. We did record all of the meridians but found we had some audio issues with the liver / gallbladder ! So the short answer is yes we have one but it needs some serious work ! We will shuffle it up the to do list to make sure you can enjoy it 😊😊🙏🙏 sometimes we need a nudge 😉
Hi Alexandra …. We bought them from a yoga studio in Fremantle Western Australia, they had a batch of them made up for themselves and sold some …. I can dig out the details of the studio if you need them 😊🙏
Thank you for this practise! 😃🙏❤ I can totally feel the change in my body and mind after doing these classes. Do you also have some backbend focus class?
Thanks Rafal - the kidney / urinary bladder meridian practice will work with the meridian that runs down the back through the the thoracolumbar area and there are several practices that focus on the upper body that also work with the back …. glad that you are enjoying the practices and thank you for your feedback 🙏🙏
Thank you for this session. i have done yin yoga now for the last 3 months but i find that after doing this specific one today being my 4th session, my stomach has stopped hurting. i however find that my toes and finger nails are more sensitive than normal...is this common?
Wonderful news wanguthi about the stomach no longer hurting …. It is possible that by working the stomach meridian you may have reduced or removed an energetic blockage - such blockages are considered to be the cause of many ailments both physical and subtle …. With the fingers and toes we are all unique in our responses to practice so it is difficult to know what specifically might be the cause and if there is a causal relationship with the practice …. It may have a physical cause or again be related to energetic blockage removal - things that you might like to consider are …. Is it just heightened sensitivity or is there some other sensation ? Is it mild or more intense ? Does the sensation remain after practice or start after a particular posture ? Is it static or does it move ? Perhaps start with deciding if it is heightened sensitivity or a sensation and what kind we can explore a little more …. I am assuming that there is nothing in your practice that causes pain ? Thank you for your practice and we hope to see more of you 🙏🙏
I wasnt feeling actual pain but when i went for a manicure and pedicure, i felt pain/extreme sensitivity when my nails were being buffed and curticles being removed. Never happened before...
@@waguthiwangui7297 it could be that your unique response to opening up those energetic pathways / myofascial meridians is just more sensitivity in the extremities …. in traditional Chinese medicine the toes and fingers are the start / end points of many of these channels and associated with pressure points, in the Indian tradition this is also the case and certain digits are considered to be points of entry / exit for prana …. from a physiological point of view our hands are built to sense what we are holding …. In short there’s alot going on in the extremities …. In our practice we first become more aware of these sensations and subsequently over time can develop the ability to redirect / move these energies to where they are needed …. See how these sensations develop …. It may be just moving through the stages in energetic development 😊🙏
@@waguthiwangui7297 I practice everyday …. It depends on the individual and their lifestyle …. I practice for the meditative effects of yin and to maintain mobility and stability but many others also use a regular practice to balance the yang aspects of their life eg stress / challenges / vigorous physical exercise …. it is part of my daily routine to enjoy my self yin practice as well as any other teaching commitments …. Perhaps try it for a week or two and see if this depends the practice …. If it works for you continue as you can …. listen to yourself …. Ultimately that’s what yin can help us with 🙏🙏
I'm sure your class is lovely but I dropped out after 15min of non-stop talking. I really miss spaces of silence to actually drop into my own felt sense of the meridians. You talk about stillness but you talk ALL THE TIME. Far too much for me. But I'm glad that others get lots out of it.
Hi Nicole - sorry to hear this practice didn’t work for you …. It’s always good to get feedback to understand what works for different people 😊🙏 …. We can look at some quieter practices for the future …. If you want to hear less of me you could try the Deep Yin 1&2 or the Introspective practices but otherwise I hope you find something that aligns better for you 🙏 Namaste
Danke!
Thank you for your support 🙏
Great practice once again. Much gratitude..🙏

Is it advisable to do yin yoga daily?
